Went through the drive-thru to order a very complicated chicken burrito because I'm really pick, and the person in drive thru made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was really patient with me. I don't expect this experience from anyone in fast food but they went above and beyond yesterday and I'm very thankful for them. No wonder why this is still my go to Taco Bell even though I live in Harrison township. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Workers are very rude. I spend 30 bucks on food today. Ending up what I got is a cold and hard chalupa. Who wants to pay for the old food. Employee told us at the drive through menu at 830pm Friday February 9th they needed to change batteries in their headsets so we waited and waited until 20 minutes had passed and no one ever returned. No one was in the drive through window either this location has gone downhill will never come back here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Line was super long and not moving. Most the time the foods made poorly. Seriously how hard is it to make a standard hard taco? Everytime i order, its little to no meat, tons of lettuce, little to NO cheese what so ever. And its like 7 minute wait for the 3 taco meal. I considered going back to get it fixed, but didnt want to deal with the long lines. Not the mention the other 10 times this happened before, they would almost duplicate the same problems in a different way. So im going else wherr for food from now on. 1. Staff are always unkind and I know that they are overworked and underpaid but they always seem like they are mad you are even there. 2. More often than not i receive items that are made in rancid oil. When you don’t change out frying oil often enough it goes bad and makes the item taste like chemicals. I love getting cruch wraps and nachos but when i receive the items and they taste like wet dog and bleach..... 3. I love the staff here and go specifically to this Taco Bell instead of one closer to my house on the way home from work just to see the lovely people who work there. I enjoy getting to see them every time I go by. They make the experience worth it. Special shout out to Tami, Loretta, Nika, Logan and Keetah as some of the people on night shift I get to see whenever I stop by after work. Y’all are incredible and this location is lucky to have such fabulous people like you! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food is great but they take forever. Go here almost daily and Noone will be in line but they'll keep you at the speaker for 5 to 10 minutes to keep their times down. Pretty ridiculous. Not to mention there's a lady there that will complain pretty much everytime about people not showing up or how she's ready to go home or has alot of problems at home. Not good. Sooo I’m not sure who the manager was that was working around 3pm today, but she totally lacked professionalism by going out in the lobby essentially venting to a group of older customers about current and former employees and “how they don’t want to work anymore” and the “lack of work ethic” and about how high the turnover rate is, all while the other employees in the back were working and serving other customers while being in hearing distance while she babels on. Maybe the former employees found better opportunities and instead of wishing them luck and the best she throws dirt on their names. From what I heard sounds like a lack of healthy leadership is the issue but I don’t know that’s just a wild guess. Food: 1
