This place is so nasty. It was 5pm. Just two customers on the inside and 5 employees and the tables and booths needed cleaning. Had to clean my own, the floors had food everywhere and had to tell the manager they had no salsa for the dine In customers. This is fast food and it's really being judged as if it isn't. This is by far the cleanest nicest taco bueno in Oklahoma. Food was made to order bythe friendly staff and exceeded my expectation for under 10 bucks. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Would rate the food but I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting. Person in front of me left and I gave it a few minutes before doing the same. I’m not unreasonable, I’ve worked fast food. It wasn’t busy. I’d be understanding if there was communication about an expected wait but overall I’d skip it. You could drive to the other bueno on New Orleans St for the wait time. Crew tonight was terrible. Service: 1

I don't know what's going on with taco Bueno lately but it's definitely not the same as it use to be. At one time it was king around here but not anymore. They ALWAYS have employees that act like they don’t know what to do. You sit in line FOREVER and forget trying UberEats with bueno because I’ve tried twice and both times it was 1.5 hours and they ended up canceling it. Whoever owns this restaurant NEEDS to find good shift managers and get this act together. Also I’m positive the guy at the window was either super drunk or high. This was the worst meal I’ve ever had. I love bueno, however tonight was the worst. The beans, the meat, and the salsa tasted as if someone put 4x the salt than usual. And I have no issue with salt and this isn’t a jab just to deter business. Constructive criticism. Watch the recipe. Watch the salt. 15.69 of pure salt. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

This is one of TWO awful drive in experiences I've had at a Taco Bueno location *just in the last week*. I pulled up the drive thru about 1pm on a Saturday. I waited at the speaker for several minutes and heard nobody. After 6 minutes I finally said "Hello?" and a flustered young man came over the speaker and essentially told me they couldn't serve me because the lobby was too busy. I've worked in the industry and busy Saturdays happen. I get that. But if your lobby can become so busy that you feel emboldened to shut down the drive thru (one of the main pillars of your business), maybe have a sign prepared for such occasions, so customers don't waste their time. Or just eliminate the drive thru altogether. This location is in a strip mall so having a drive thru is already kind of awkward

Taco bueno just isn’t the same. But this one is especially terrible. Save your money, find a taco truck or even go to any Mexican restaurant. You will spend the same amount and even the nastiest Mexican restaurant will be better food than taco bueno. Corporate does not care. The franchise will fade soon enough. PHOTO not loading correctly, the drink station was inaccessible unless you have very long arms. Food was average. Service not friendly but not rude. The place needs some updating and at least cleaning but that doesn't mean leave the mop bucket right in front of the drink station. Ugh! Now I wonder how it looks in the kitchen area and will try another location. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
