Drive through: Very quick moving and efficient, clear and easy to understand communication. organized/easy to choose menu. employee at window is actually the person who took order and hands you the food( so they at least know if they are giving you the right order). Food: fresh ingredients, lettuce is still crisp not soggy...like taco bell but fresher and less processed. value is pretty good, definitely worth a try if you haven't been before. Mucho nacho.. Soft taco... Hard taco as we like to try each places basic taco. Just because.. It matters lol! Love the 80s music and throwback color scheme. We happily munched while jamming out. Staff were very pleasant. Seems like they enjoy the environment which it a statement on its own. Food is tops. Not 1 complaint from either of us. Did I mention the condiments bar?! Different salsas and things. Definitely a plus! Fountain drink machine worked.. Flavors are true to carbonation/syrup ratio. Floors and tables were clean. They opened on time. Now #TacoSombrero is a staple on our ventures to Mississippi. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One word makes a great restaurant...CONSISTENCY! This place always has food that tastes great no matter what day you go. I've never had a bad meal here and the service is top notch! Mrs Terry always has a smile on her face and a kind word to say. She's awesome. Danny the owner is a kind soul who goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. Great guy! Bottom line....great food, great service and a clean place makes Taco Sombrero a cut above everyone else. ONCE YOU'VE HAD THE BEST, YOU'LL FORGET THE REST! If you haven't eaten at Taco Sombrero then chances are, you need to crawl out from under that rock... this place is one of those gems that make the Mississippi Gulf Coast an awesome place to live... great food with nothing but the freshest ingredients, friendly staff, and a clean environment... I can honestly say that I've never ordered anything that I didn't like... The fresh bar with all your favorite fixings like peco, jalapeños, onions, hot sauce and more, is a major plus as well... and if you have a hard time getting to the Biloxi location, there's also another in Ocean Springs and Gulfport... Locally owned and locally loved... Do yourself a favor and stop in... I guarantee you'll be glad you did... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

BEST STAFF EVER! Everyone is so Friendly. Even when they are super slammed they always take the time to take care of everyone. I love the tacos, never had a bad meal. Their Mexican rice is to die for. The prices are reasonable, Two taco plate meal is cheaper Than a McDonald's meal combo. Love this place! Never a bad experience. Fiesta Steak Salad is one of my favorites. Plus they have the bar to get your sauces, pico, salsa, jalopenos, etc to add to your meal! Last time I ate 6 chicken tacos lol You can sit down and get free refills. The workers keep it clean and are very nice. Great food and fast service. Every time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love taco sombrero in general, but this location is phenomenal. The staff is super nice. The building is spacious and well maintained. Everything you love about taco sombrero but In a nicer building.

Alicia was hands down amazing. For the first time I didn't have to ask for my taco salad 😋 to be remade. She had the best customer service , so friendly, and always had a smile on her face. she worked the whole time we was there cleaing and keep checking in on us.
