My four star rating does not have any thing to do with the actual business, Taco Time. Unfortunately, one of their staff members was having an off day. Max was not friendly, actually threw our number on the counter, it tipped over, when we ordered a drink, he threw our lid, cup and straw as well. It was actually comical-haven’t experienced this before any where. When our order was delivered, only half of it was there. Fortunately, the kind person who delivered our food, cared, I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name. She quickly corrected our order and apologized. 3/7/23 at 11:45 am. I appreciate Taco Times planet foot print awareness and sourcing locally grown products. Also, thank you for having menu items for the non meat eater. Lobby was clean, as well as the restroom. Large parking lot and lobby. Picnic tables for outdoor dining. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

This location is a bit out of the way, hidden if you will. Quiet because of that. Food was good, forgot how over priced it is. Service was average took them a bit to come to the front to take our order. Clean at least. I ordered two crisp burritos and a mexi fry.... I received one chrisp burrito one regular taco and a mexican fry. When I went back through the drive through and said that. I did not receive my correct order. The lady decided to argue with me about what I ordered after not giving me a receipt. She thengave me a receipt at the window. That had the wrong item rung in... After continuing to argue with me and say that her coworker even heard me say the word taco.... She then decided that she was going to ask me for my charge card again. So that she could refund the taco and charge me for the crispburrito. Absolutely astonished and disgusted...I said i'm not going to pay for their mistake. I drove off with a wrong order. And it was not at all what I wanted. The mexi fries where gross like. They've been sitting out for hours and then warmed up when I ordered them.... completely disgusting. To make things worse , they didn't charge my card for 2 more days....putting my balance off. Absolute worst experience for eighteen dollar fried food. I forgot that there is a reason I don't go to taco time, Overpriced garbage Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is now the only Taco Time in Federal Way. The Fiesta Platter was good, as usual. The Coke machine had good tasting Coca~Cola. The restaurant was clean. It was a Sunday, so there weren't many people in the dining room. The counter person was friendly and accurately filled my order. The restaurant met my expectations in every way. Standard taco time. Food is good for fast food and consistent. Little hard to get into from the other side of the street high traffic area. Was a little dirty in restaurants but nice staff. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Food is on par with other locations, expensive, but you know that going in.(our bills was $42 and change for 2 people)..unfortunately there is currently a homeless encampment in the parking lot. My wife picked up our dinner on her way home from work tonight, and there was an angry homeless guy screaming at himself, it just isn't safe. It's the usual good Taco Time quality, but more expensive than other ones. Food here will run you 20-40% more than it costs at another one; a just under $10 combo at another Taco Time will cost $13 here. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Clean, great and friendly staff, quality food, but OMG is it expensive. I had the exact meal at Taco Time NW yesterday in the Bellingham area and the price of my Classic Burrito Veggie was $3 more and only 1 hot sauce is allowed at this store. It’s disappointing because the sauce is a big part of why I choose and enjoy Taco Time. I’ve been coming to TT for years because of the quality food vs other fast food. I understand we are all in a post Covid environment with elevated staffing and food costs. We miss the self serve hot sauce….
