After enjoying Spokane Valley Heritage Museum, visit this restaurant which is not far away. If you like Mexican cuisine, come to Taco Time. If hungry, come here for good soft tacos, vegetarian burritos and taco salads. You will be offered good lemonade. Most guests find the staff friendly. Service at this place is something one can name fast. Many people think that prices are attractive for what you receive. The enjoyable atmosphere adds a relaxing feel to a visitors stay at this spot. But this restaurant hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

To night, I was in line behind other cars before it was 9pm when they close. I said I was here waiting behind the car you just took an order from. The super rude person said my clock says 9. I said I know you close at 9 but I was here before that behind another car… I have worked for and ran many business. I go to Taco Time because it’s always great service! I will never go to this restaurant location again. I was on my way to a night shift watching over sick patient. So…guess I get to work night shift with no dinner. If someone is at a business, in line before closing …. I would take an order. Horrible customer service. They could have even said, I’m so sorry but our machines shut down automatically and the food is all gone …. But these other places are open our apologies. If they didn’t want to take the order. But just horrible customer service! 8-31-23 Also sign said open when I drove up with the other people. Service Take out Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decent food, friendly staff, interior is abit dated but not bad. Salsa bar seems to be empty frequently but if you ask for something they'll give it to yoy. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food here is always great. And this is one of the few fast food joints around that seems to train their employees on how to communicate and do hospitality. They always get things right. They acknowledge, explain, and suggest very well. We love this Taco Time. MexiFries are to die for! Here is a photo of my “last” meal at Taco Time. I ordered a Big Juan burrito with pork, they asked if I wanted Guacamole for an extra charge. I said no-they told me the total & I guessed they thought I was getting a meal as I drove to. The window. I got to the window to pay and was informed that the special meat choice (pork) had an extra fee (fee is more than the cost of quac). I did not argue & I asked for 4 sauce packets and was told they could give me 1. You will notice in the photo the Jack in the Box sauces as 1 sauce packet is a joke from Taco Time-I did not accept my 1 sauce packet as I felt they might have missed making their payroll. Thanks Taco Time, it was nice to have you around

Great food an staff always so far enjoyed it way better then the taco time in idaho falls ID the kids over there were just that children an did not want to help after they screwed up my order sad. I grew up on Tacotime, they can be pricey for a fast food joint but the quality is better than fast food, so... Good size portions unless its their mexi-tots then they cant fill the cup up. Love the daily deals, and the 4/5 Breakfast/Dinner Box. The Crisp Meat burrito is still my favorite from them.

The food was good. BUT, going through the drive-thru, I was ripped off a crisp bean pinto & my stuffed mexi-fry. The food itself isn't so much the issue. Although I was bummed that I didn't get my stuffed mexi-fries. Especially as expensive as they are! §hit is so expensive nowadays that employers really should insist that their employees double, even triple, check each order before it is handed off to the customer. Also, my family & I even go to McDonald's to get our drinks because theirs are d so much cheaper. It may not seem like a lot, but it allll adds up very quickly. They added extra food to my order and when I asked why it was so expensive didn't tell me it was because they were charging me for food I didn't order. Did not refund me. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
