Wowzer! Best taco shop I've been to! I love spicy and usually places "hot" doent tip the scales but this place had a great spice. Hot, but still able to taste the amazing food. Not a typical taco shop but that is what makes this place great. We will be back often!! I came here specifically to try the Birria-Ramen, it is a dish that mixes typical Mexican beef stew with ramen noodles soup. The result was good, I really liked it, you better come hungry because it is a big plate. First time in this place, the service and atmosphere was also a nice experience. This was my first time having birria and the sweet young lady at the counter helped me choose. It was wonderful. The orange sauce is HOT. Very hot. Everything was so good and fresh. Birria at a decent price. That green sauce is NOT avocado for those that might love them some avocado but not like spicy. It’s literally fire in a cup but I like it hot so it’s just right. It’s nice that it opens at 10am because if you get there after 11 it is busy for lunch. I recommend giving it a try. I was excited to try these the presentation was very nice the customer service very nice. The tacos itself lack flavor the juice lacks flavor the two salt packages they gave with my order I used them both and still didn't enjoy it. The green sauce was good but it didn't help much I really wanted to enjoy these I'm a bit disappointed. Add seasoning this might be a hit! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Customer service was awful. Stood at the counter ready to order and was ignored by staff. We were never greeted, never informed of any wait. One staff member was socializing with other patrons and only ever acknowledged us with a glance. After standing around waiting for our order to be taken or even just a form of acknowledgment to let us know we would eventually be serviced, we left and called to try to place an order over the phone. After our order was placed, it did only take us within the time to drive 3 minutes down to the nearest gas station and fill up for our food to be ready upon our return. My first time trying birria tacos and the food was amazing, which is why I still justify 3 stars. The birria was tender and seasoned perfectly, the tortillas were soaked in flavor. The consommé was salty goodness that had a little kick at the end. The green sauce added the perfect level of spice and extra flavor. If not for the way we were treated, this would be the place to go for birria tacos! I am now a Birria fan! After watching viral videos of birria style food circulating, i had to come here and try one of each. It was all great! The Quesabirria was probably my favorite. These quesadillas are stuffed with the cheese and meat. I took that first bite and even with a 20min drive, it was warm and the meat was so tender. I was blown away at this creation. The Birria tacos had a soft outer shell with a crunchy inner shell. The birria ramen is a huge order, but if you come to love ramen and birria it is good. The hard part is getting a bite of both noodles and meat. For the most part, you are tasting them separately, but a pretty safe choice for a large appetite. If you want Birria tacos like the ones you see going viral on Facebook and Instagram then this is the place. They are legitimate and absolutely delicious! This is by no means a “fast food” taco place. Expect to wait 10-20 min for your order but it is so worth the wait. I’ve been stopping by since they were serving out of a trailer and the quality is the same as ever. I can’t recommend this place enough! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
