The reviews on the Q seem to be very outrageous and your design consultant should be blamed for this configuration. From my POV of ever working in F&B service, it's not the worst yet. I don't see the problem with the speed of serving each customer. All in the pictures provided are great and good. But it's a bit hard to open the plastic of that one piece of small cake. Coffees are frothy and creamy, not as sweet just should be acceptable and agreeable for every tongue out there. The garlic bread enough salt enough garlicky and stuff. Just nice. and i have never seen a pretty bread shop ever in Miri but this!! I LOVE IT!! the interior is soooo LOVELY, SO ROMANTIC and SO CUTE!! the decorations at the walls are SOOOO PRETTY!! the patisseries here ARE OUT OF THE WORLD!! SO DELICIOUS, SO TENDER, SO CREATIVE, SO FULL OF PREMIUM QUALITY!! the staffs are FRIENDLY and DO PLEASE MEET THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF by the name ALLY. she helps me a lot and suggests me the best bread. TQSM ALLY👍🏻👍🏻😘 and what i like the most would be the toilet which is clean. PLEASE COME HERE IF YOU HAVEN'T. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE PLACE TO VISIT IN MIRI!! I recommend that if any bun with cream you better put in the container make sure the bun still looks nice especially if we want to give to someone as a gift. Refer to Attached photos. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The baked goods overall are good, my favourite is the chicken pie, Love the pastry, it was pretty spot on, also burnt cheese cake is scrumptious! The dining area at ground level is quite "congested" and also I feel it is a lil bit too close with traffic of people. It might give people a bit of discomfort.
