The frijoles were cold as hell. The service was pretty bad. When I asked for plain tacos she was giving me dirty looks. Not sure why. I also asked for a YanYan and she said "yeah" in a weird tone. I had an extremely disappointing experience when I called to place an order. The lady who answered the phone hung up on me because I don't speak Spanish. It's rude and unacceptable. We're in America, and it's important to cater to the majority of your American customers. There are free resources available to learn English, so there's no excuse for such behavior. Improve your customer service and address this issue promptly. I won't be returning based on this incident. Been coming here for many years & I just have a question..if there's a board listing specials for the day, shouldn't you get a special price? Well not when I went this evening it was regular price! I told the Lady if it's a special it should be a special price or don't call it a special if it's the same amount. And my plate was delicious 😋 by the way.
