I have been looking for a good, authentic Mexican food truck ever since I moved to the Tuscaloosa area in January. I discovered this place just the other day, and I have to say, the birria tacos that I got here were the best I've ever had anywhere! They came with a huge cup of the Consommé soup, which was also delicious! The people working at this food truck were very nice, and the service was quick! You could see them preparing everything and cooking the food in the truck, so you know the food is fresh and made on site. If you're looking for the best authentic Mexican food in Tuscaloosa, be sure to check this place out! I will definitely be trying other menu items in the near future.
