I have always loved Tea Avenue and have always highly recommended them to others. I have promoted this particular outlet particularly on my social media earlier as well.
I would have become a frequent customer of this outlet if not for the unprofessional behavior of the trainees/kitchen staff. It's true that the front desk staff when spoken to are very courteous, but they are not at the counter half the time and because the music is loud they can't hear you. You have to walk around finding a staff member and they just leave you alone in the cafe and do their own thing or eat back in the kitchen. I had an offensive experience because of one such kitchen staff and I stopped visiting the outlet after this incident because she didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize to me, she just kept laughing.
Talking about the food, they have further cut down on the veg options which is such a shame. The only tasty thing for a vegetarian there is the polos sandwich which is actually great; the pasta is horrible, just horrible and bland.
Tea is nice as always.
They have replaced the uncomfortable chairs after I once suggested it, which is good, but I won't be really visiting this outlet, unless I REALLY HAVE to, because its kitchen staff screams as if they saw some ghost when they see its customers.

It is a cozy place to hang out with friends for a coffee. They have ample parking space. Tea avenue have friendly staff with quick serving time. Also they have a fair selection on the menu for a quick bite when you are hungry. Their prices are at the expensive side. But they serve you a satisfying portion size. However the food was bland and needs a lot of improvement in both the food and beverages.

In need of a coffee, I hunted down Tea Avenue. The venue has a wide variety of hot and cold tea drinks and your standard coffees. I opted for a cafe latte which was as I expected and as good as any coffee shop in Melbourne. The staff was polite and friendly.

The atmosphere is nice, and the service was perfect. You get free wifi too. I only had a tea here and the tea was also great. The only problem is the price. So one tea was almost 700 rupees. Apart from that, a perfect place to sit and relax and get some work done.
