I would like to lodge a complaint regarding your staff service. I just bought Hazelnut Indulgence Smoothie L size thru tealive app on 12:51PM 5AUG2023. However when I receive the drink, there is no chocolate hazelnut spread & no almond nibs. Only oreo crumbs is present. Moreover, there is no clarification from the tearista (staff) if let say the ingredient is out of stock. I am quite disappointed on your staff unfriendly attitude and I wasted my money on something that is not as same as describe. I ordered coco smoothie large size but they did not fill it up to the brim in the cup, such a waste of my money and providing a poor service… The staff are also not friendly at all and seem to dislike having customer there. When I asked “memang isi tak full ke, I ordered large size” then the staff replied with “haa, kenapa?” what a rude responded?? U asked me why?? Very rude staff as if they don’t like to work . One small girl ordered drink and paid with rm50 the staff was like don’t you have small change ?! Next time bring small change then the girl left . They way they talked to customer is very rude Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person RM 1–20
