Poor customer service. One of the female staff was really unfriendly. This was not the first time she’s giving me this kind of treatment. I can tolerate at first time but it happened few times already. Seem to have an attitude problem.

Music so loud and your worker talk so soft i cannot hear her then i dont know behind the mask if she is annoyed cause i ask a lot of question. Anyway the customer service can be improved. But the place itself is really nice. Good for family and friends. :)

My drink ada option utk tukar oatmilk tp staff kata mcm tak tahu then decide takde bit cleary tulis ada. Then i asked 2 times for no sugar but still give me sugar.then how ?
