Ordered steak fajitas add shrimp. Steak fajitas came out without shrimp. Asked waitress how much longer it would be. She said "let me go get it". Time went by and we were done with meal so we asked her to make sure we weren't charged for the shrimp. Next thing I know, a manager came out and says "your shrimp will be right out". We told him politely we were done with lunch so no need. He proceeded to say to me "well, I'll make sure they know to throw them in the trash for you". As if it was OUR fault. I IMMEDIATELY took offense to his snarky mouth and cocky attitude and called him out in front of everyone telling him how sorry we were for him having to throw our shrimp in the trash that they messed up in the first place! Such a smart mouth and disrespectful manager.

First let me say Ted’s is my favorite Mexican food restaurant. So much so that if I can’t have Ted’s I will just do without as opposed to going to a different Mexican place. Their Best Mexican Tacos are my favorite! When we found out that the location on Kenosha was moving we were excited. Once it opened and we went we were disappointed. It almost doesn’t seem like Ted’s anymore. It has a very different feel. Very limited parking compared to the old location. All the staff seems different. We sat by the door going out to the patio both times and nearly froze to death. The food is not as good as the old location. We will go to the Tulsa Hills location from now on even though it is less convenient. If this is a new prototype for all new Ted’s I would like to suggest they rethink it. Absolutely do not recommend on any level. My family came here for my birthday, we sat outside as we had our 4 month old with us. Directly next to us was one of the servers Shonda's parents who started chain smoking. This restaurant has a no smoking policy and they did nothing to enforce it. Had to get up and walk away from as my baby was coughing from the smoke. On top of that, we all got shrimp tacos which led us all to have stomach aches. Food was very bland, rice over cooked, and overall not worth the price we paid of it. Experience and food was utterly awful. Called the manager Joseph about the situation and he was no help and only provided a very basic " I'm sorry I'll talk to her". He couldn't care less which speaks volumes about the level of care they put into this restaurant. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Good food. Nice place for some tex mex. Good chips and cheese dip with every entree. Would recommend their hot salsa, great flavor. You can also get tortillas for the table. Portion size was great. Wow I have not been here in years and now I remember why. Start with 15 wait to get a cup of water. We only got this from stopping another waitress. She was not happy but she became our server. Now to the food I could have gotten better mexican food in the freezer section of Walmart. Don't waste your time or $70 for this. How is this place still open ? We had about a ten minute wait on Sunday around 12:30 - very reasonable. The food was great, as always. Our server Kyle was excellent. Not only did he take care of our needs efficiently but he was so kind to a 7 year old with us. Answered all her questions, complimented her drawing, etc. It was a wonderful experience! I surely enjoyed my last 2 visits to Ted's in Broken Arrow. Service was excellent, attentive & observant, but not invasive. My pork burrito with cream sauce, rice & beans was huge & so good. Complementary chips, fresh salsa, & fresh pillows tortillas are great. We'll be back often. Staff is quick and friendly. LOVE the complimentary salsa, chips, queso and tortillas. The salsa was fresh but not very spicy. Queso was ok but bland. It’s mediocre Tex Mex. The complimentary dessert made up for what the food lacked in flavor. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is good. You get several things included in your meal that you would normally pay for at other restaurants. Their cheese sauce and tortillas and butter are a great addition to the chips and salsa before your meal. And they follow-it up with a warm cinnamon sugar sophapila afterward. Seated right away. Peyton served six of us well. My Shrimp fajitas were very good. The girls really loved their goblets of margaritas. Appreciated the cook made guacamole without cilantro for me.
