A good place to have some healthy choice dining. We had the chicken and beef combo. The meats were dry and tough to eat, but the avocado were finely sliced, which was good. The spot is hard to find. Their sign is small, so you may pass it if you are not really looking for it. Also, when we were dining in, some girl was moping and brushing the floor, it was not a good time to be doing that if people are eating inside. It kills the mood, especially if the smell is overwhelming. I understand cleaning it, but it can wait until closing time. Overall, I would come again, but lets make the meats more tender and soft please

Not a bad spot overall. Building doesn't stand out all that much so you can easily drive by it. They did mess up taking our order. Other than that the food is flavorful and the fries are a bit overcooked, got a bunch of hard fries in my order. But would go back for the beef bulgogi.

Today was a sad day at my favorite teriyaki bowl spot. While we were enjoying our delicious meal we were approached by Crystal, an employee that informed us that service dogs are not allowed inside the establishment. (Pictured below is my calm service dog at a live music venue) As I've had this problem before I explained that he is a certified service dog and showed her his documentation. Her understanding of the law and the sign on the window next to the door wasn't good enough for her. I understand that people abuse the use of the term service dog but considering I'm visually disabled wether sitting or standing I'd think she wouldn't embarrass me in front of a room full of customers in the dining room. Unfortunately we don't live in the area so we like to get a few meals to go for lunch during the week, but after not feeling welcomed we didn't feel comfortable staying to order them. I guess it's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the week. Thanks Crystal 😟

Food is good when it's fresh, but when they are busy there is like 20min+ wait after you waited to order so i strongly recommend ordering ahead. The problem with that is if you order online you have to pay 3rd party fees and when you call in your put on a "brief" hold which gave me plenty of time to write this review after already being on hold for 10 mins.... you can go get better food faster elsewhere.

Hi everyone,
I live in the apartment next to this place and I come here about once a week. I love the food but I notice is it extremely inconsistent. I order the same thing each time, but the plate looks different each time. I love the food, but now that I don’t know if it will be good or not just makes me not want to be a regular anymore.
This place reminded me a local shop when I lived in LA. it’s a bummer for me.

I wanted to check this place out as it looked good from the videos online but I feel they are charging a bit too much for what they give you!
Let’s be honest here, this is definitely not gourmet nor is it made with any particular upscale organic ingredients— It’s literally a 1/3rd of chicken/ beef over 2/3rds rice or vegetables.
The menu can be confusing so be sure to confirm what size you’re actually getting and if there’s a price difference than what the menu actually says. I was told that my bowl moved up to a large serving based on what I had ordered.
Overall, I spent about $17 for a chicken swimming in veggies bowl. I wish they would have drained the liquid before handing it to me as the bag and napkins ended up getting soaked. Also, you only get one, watered down teriyaki sauce cup, if you want any additional it’s an extra charge.

Teriyaki House, Grill in Ontario is really good. The price is not that bad I got the combination plate which came with chicken and steak. You can add avocado and it also comes with a salad on the side. My brother got the fires with chicken and steak drizzled with teriyaki and thousand island dressing on top he also added avocado.

Chicken & Beef Teriyaki Fries
I was craving Teriyaki Fries and this place really hit the spot. I loved the cheeseburger and extra crispy fries with teriyaki on the side for dipping. Although, the seasoning on the fries were good on its own. The teriyaki sauce was perfectly sweet, with the right consistency. The chicken teriyaki bowl was exactly how I wanted it, chopped up chicken thighs, green onions, on a bed of rice with some good Teriyaki sauce. Customer service was good and service was quick. The place was really cute inside, with the exception of using the guest area for storing rice and supplies. I give the bathroom 3.75 stars. There was one unisex bathroom with decorative tile and colors, making it look nice.

They never pick up the phone I was going to place an order but it would automatically send me to their voicemail. When I went inside to order the phone kept ringing and ringing the girl would answer but she would put it on mute and then hang up on the customer.
