Dear Texas Chicken D'Cattleya Senawang, your food that we ordered by delivery and received its really ridiculous and out of taste. 1st of all why your Coleslaw taste sour is it expired and taste "basi".? Why your mashed potato too watery and taste that never taste before.? Am I look like never ate mashed potato and coleslaw before.? Seriously, this is totally unacceptable food quality you delivered to us. If any food poison occur for my family you all not going to responsible for that, are you willing to take them to hospital and take care their clinic expenses.? Next issue, what I mentioned or requested in remark portion I didn't get. I didn't even request for Drumstick but I received 3 drumstick pieces. I not even request for wing piece but received 2 wing pieces. I have request just 4 pieces of thigh and 3 piece of Breast meat so total 7 pieces only, I not even order bucket orders but this order also you all can't fulfill it. Its not that cheap I paid for it, total cost RM 73 almost. As conclusion, I need COMPENSATION for my order. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 60–80

Tried the plant based ranch burger. It felt very meaty so good job. Also had the spicy korean rice bowl which was really spicy. Thr environment was fine and but service can be a little slow even when its not that busy. Overall, decent. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 1–20

Went for dinner for 2pax at Texas Chicken D'Cattleya yesterday. Had combo Mexican Wrap and combo burger. The chicken and Mexican wrap were good, but the burger was not so nice. The drinks are free filling but sadly no more Boston Tea but replaced with lemonade besides other carbonated drinks and orange juice. Overall the fried chicken are much tastier and bigger in size then lousy KFC. So far the food taste good. At least better than KFC & McD. Service quality has decline unfortunately. Quite slow compared to before & not very attentive to customer's needs. The place is spacious & the high wall provides cozy & airy ambiance. Clean. Plenty of parking & easily accesible. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Staff very helpful. Help to cater my 2 orders but packed separately into few portions. Thanks very much. Restaurant close at 10pm and dine in allowed.

Chicken classic burger+ unlimited drink for RM6 = best in the world. The burger was comparable to outside burger stall with crispy chicken burger but with rm7-8 each, without drink and nice place like this. Tak ramai, tapi ade orang, rider pun ada. Staf mcm x cukup, tapi pantas. Mesin ais manual refill by staff.
