I ate at this restaurant several times. The fried chicken is good but not always. Sometimes it is dry as if it was reheated and sometimes it is not cooked enough. The chicken wrap is okay, but the burger bun is not good. It is always not firm and falls apart while eating. Probably the worse texas chicken outlet ever. Went for breakfast there with my kid who is starving but have to wait for the food for almost 15min??? And mind you at that time there was no customer at all. Please educate your staff to mention the order will take a longer time to prepare. We were not told the food was gonna be late. And please improve your customer service. The lady at cashier was not friendly and when we were at the cashier she's on her phone and just blindly ignore us. Today is the opening day. Quite a number of people but the staffs manage to deliver food in a very timely manner. I waited for less than 6 mins to get my food. Please maintain the cleanliness and good service. I hope they maintain no. of staffs too. More staffs means better service. But hopefully sales are good so that they can work longer here. Charging ports are also provided. Whoever is nearby, please come now. They are giving free jute bag for first 2000 customers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One word: rude. I’m giving my honest review. Not only it was their mistake for not checking the order carefully. Our order have a few missing orders, and thank god the grab rider sanggup travel jauh to get those missing order. Yet, you got angry at the rider? Have seen a lot of bad reviews regarding this outlet, might as well just close if you’re employee are not trained well and rude towards everyone. Literally never going back here again. The food is fine but the service suck. I can’t recall the name but the person handling the counter today (15/2) is so rude she made me wait for nothing and dilly-dally in packing. Chicken very small. Ask both spicy and original chickens, 2 different boxes but not marked which one is spicy and which one is original. It's problematic since their spicy and original looks the same. Meal type Dinner
