As a tourist it is off the beaten track, however getting here is worth the effort. Arrived early so had a couple of beers at the bar until our party arrived. What can I say? Chose my own steak and it was cooked perfectly along with fries and a side salad. Also had the deep fried onion as a starter which shouldn't work but was gorgeous. A great place, great serice and as a tourist it had a non-touristy vibe. I ordered cactus blossom and tater skins for appetizers, ribeye for main meals. Those were delicious. Especially, the steak was tender and juicy. My family and I enjoyed our time at here. I definitely will visit again soon. Don’t forget to make a reservation first. You will save a lot of time of waiting! If I can give zero star I would. We here today to eat with group of friends. before we ordered I asked the waitress can I use the coupon I got through my email but the coupon says Brockton location, she said she will double check with the manager. So few moments later she came back she said it’s ok. So after the dinner when the bill comes out, they scan the coupon and it doesnt’t work. Waitress speaks to the manager (Kevin) and he says he can’t use that coupon it’s for a different location. We informed him that we asked about the coupon before ordering our foods, and insist that there’s nothing he can do. He says he assume it was for his location, but we informed in the beginning it’s for a different location, can it still be valid. After we told him we would not be paying for the difference, he went to another manager who agreed to make the change. Why the hassle and headache and argue with the customer when we were right from the beginning. Service was mediocre at best. Burnt steak, cold "grilled" shrimp and the skimpiest salad I have ever seen! The tomatoes and eggs were diced up so tiny lol. They did not ask if wanted cheese and diced onion on my chili, but brought it with it. I asked them to send it back. By the time they brought it out we were ready to leave so asked for it to be boxed. What happened to the can of peanuts? They must have used a melon baller for the butter given the tiny amount lol They had boxes up on the beams for all to see and boxes stacked up behind the booth closest to the bathroom. Pretty disappointed with the service here. They are too busy to care about you. Waiting time was horrible because we had to wait even after getting the text that we could get a table. They even got my order wrong. I ordered the sirloin while my friend ordered the new york strip and somehow our orders got switched. The bill had it right so the kitchen must have mixed our orders up. Also, if you have kids, be careful not to let them click on the ziosk "game", they are not free. I do love the bread served when you enter as well as the chili side that we ordered. Everything is so good！I like it！ I take back what I said earlier. A terribly unpleasant dining experience! Upon my recommendation, my friend and I dined here once again. However, when my friend asked the server Justin if we could have our plates replaced due to obvious foreign objects and grease on them, Justin impatiently took the plates away and slammed new ones onto our table, making a loud noise! My friend and I were shocked, exchanging bewildered glances, unsure of what had just transpired. We had been polite and courteous while ordering, so we couldn't fathom what had offended him to treat us this way. Could it be just because we are not white? My prime rib was delicious, but my friend's medium-rare steak was cooked closer to medium, which left him dissatisfied. While we were still eating, with at least half of the steak left on our plates and no intention of stopping, Justin suddenly rushed over with a takeout box, asking if we wanted to pack it up. Finally, he brought us the bill while we were still not done with our meal, clearly rushing us out. This series of behaviors was highly offensive to us, and the meal was very uncomfortable. My friend was especially disappointed, stating he would never return to this restaurant. If someone like Justin, with his terrible racial discrimination, continues to work here, I wouldn't recommend dining here for anyone except white customers. My favorite place to get a bread and butter 🧈 the steak here is super reasonable in price. Food quality is amazing! Plus this time Cathy took care of us nicely. She kept on smiling non stop and made our dinner memorable. Definitely come back to see her next time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The server is not very attained. We've been waiting after seating for a long time to get taking orders. The appetizers came late while we were almost finished with our entrée. Overall, it is not bad.
