Where to begin? Cats in the kitchen and workers petting them just when the restaurant is full of customers. Nice hygiene, isn't it? Don't tell me the worker washed his hands because I saw him touching the dishes just after petting them! Agghh! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thai Crom was all around good, but not the best. The food was good, but quite pricey if you aren't ordering from the lunch specials. The Pad Thai had a strong taste of tomato sauce, which wasn't fantastic, but the pork fried rice was quite good. Possibly the worst Thai i have ever had. The sauce had no creaminess (i have never had watery Thai green curry), the sauce had heat but no flavour, and the chicken was rubbery. The rice was overcooked too. Service was fine, got takeaway so cant really judge the atmosphere. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

During our 4 night stay in Cromwell we had dinner here 3 times. Great prices and generous portions. The food was delicious and staff were very polite and quick with table service. Real authentic Thai food and a wide range of dishes were on offer. Would absolutely recommend Thai Crom to anyone visiting Cromwell. A nice meal and plenty of choices to suit everyone. We ate early so the place was quiet - which we like. Food was good and plentiful. Value for money. Loved the food here. Excellent taste. Has an authentic Thai flavour and lots of options to choose from. We had to wait a little bit for our food but were not disappointed at all. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
