I’ve never had Thai food before but I’d thought we’d try something different for my mom’s birthday; it had been about 30 yrs since my parents had Thai lol. Overall, it was delicious & the service was fantastic! I always knew I would love curry but now that I know for sure, I want it on everything! I have eaten here for over ten years and the food is great. Nice atmosphere inside and outside. I enjoyed my shrimp Panang and the wonderful soup Tom yum gai. Had the coconut ice cream it was delicious. Really pretty inside decor. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Have patronized this establishment for about fifteen years and never had a bad experience! Food is always "top-notch." Only thing I find a disappointment is they discontinued serving their Tom Kha soup in the large chafing bowl during COVID and have not offered it since. 🙁 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Best Father’s Day restaurant experience ever! Thai Emerald delivered on all 3 of my key eating requirements: food quality; value; and overall enjoyment. I give extra bonus points for the deliciousness and authenticity. I had the Green Curry Grouper with a “hot” level of spiciness. About the equivalent of a fresh grilled jalapeño eaten straight. White tablecloths and quiet. Excellent atmosphere. Wine and beer list. The Cashew Nut Chicken (and Emerald Special, which adds pineapple fried rice) are delicious. We were celebrating a 95th birthday and the restaurant let us put some decorations on the tables & bring a cake. There were eleven of us and I loved my minced chicken basil eggplant dish with thai level spiciness. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal except my husband who ordered a pad thai dish (he said it had no flavor). Everyone was a vegetarian except my husband and I. I went to Thai Emerald on a Thursday with my wife. May be that is why it was so quite and less crowded. Ambience and food was good and tasty. Service was good and fast. They have a good variety of options for vegetarians. But I found the place little costly.

The chicken in coconut soup was very dry and old. The pad thai had no bean Sprouts, peanuts, or egg...just noodles with a little bit of chicken..even the pad thai sauce was wrong..it tasted like they added vinegar...for $35 ...it was a bust! Very excellent food and a romantic ambience. I ordered the massaman curry which was nice and spicy and creamy with the veggies nice and snappy! The mango with sticky rice was on point. Delicious. Lastly the Thai tea wasn’t too sweat and you could even taste the contrast of the tea which worked well with the spicy dishes. I ordered hot but I imagine I could have survived Thai Hot. My curry dish was incorrect the first time and the waiter got a little snarky about it and then kept his distance. Waiter is why I give this place 4 stars instead of 5. Also no WiFi.

Enjoyed my dinner, loved everything we ordered. It gets busy fast so plan ahead as there aren't a lot of tables. Recommend the papaya salad and basil duck. IMO probably the best thai food in Roswell. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
