This place has changed so much since the last time I was in Bagan. The food used to be pretty decent. It’s absolute garbage now. We ordered 3 dishes and a watermelon juice. The latter was made in a blender with all its seeds. Hard to drink without choking. My garden salad was ordered with vinaigrette dressing. It came all mixed with some awfully oily mustard dressing with the vinaigrette aside. Next, my pumpkin soup was supposed to be served with bread croutons. Took about 25 minutes and only when they brought it, they told me that they had no croutons! The soup itself was simply bad. They added sugar in it!!! It tasted like jam not soup. And the restaurant is not a cheap one. Only my friend’s rice and curry were OK. We left extremely disappointed. Never again. Amazing food, fresh ingredients, lovely ambiance, superb service. Tonight was our first dinner there and we will be back tomorrow night. We shared the Basket Claypot, delicious! I hope this new place succeeds because it is so refreshingly different. Food is so important to me, I am grateful to be fed clean, tasty, and authentic cooking. If you are in Bagan I highly recommend this place. I hardly ever write reviews without being asked, but this was entirely because I want others to be customers of this sweet spot.

So tasty at a great price! Very high level of cooking in a unique space that’s well thought out and decorated. Staff are amazing.

Delicious food and stylish space with a nice open area. The staff is very helpful and kind. We came here for lunch and it was the perfect break from a hot afternoon.
