Nice atmosphere and good and friendly staff. We tried the rödspätta fish. Risotto that comes in the dish was too salty (quite common in several Swedish restaurants) but fish was OK. We also tried the ryggbiff, which was not tasty. Two small pieces of meat , one was raw. As far as I could see it’s a good place for hamburgers, sandwiches and a beer. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Stop on our tour of Southern Sweden and very happy with our choice to come here for dinner. Seafood Risotto was fabulous. One of our group had the goat cheese burger, fantastic. My hubby had jalapeños burger with the truffle and parm fries. Beer good and cold, staff was very helpful and friendly.

In absolutely will reorder when I come back: 🍄 Mushrooms, as an entry 🦌 Deer meat 🧄 Garlic bread 🍺 Gallons and gallons of excellent domestic beer 🔮There is magic in the kitchen of this place, each bite is such an experience. 🪄All dishes we ordered were so unique and delicious. 😋They also have a wide variety of both domestic and rest of Europe beers. 🍴I am not a wine guy but they also have a huge selection of finest bottles.🍷 I liked the place, it is cute and comfortable. Great food in a nice setting. Location is right at the square. I ordered "hjortytterfile" and it was amazingly cooked. Tender meat with great sauce, very satisfied. The food came a bit slow though, like after 20 minutes or so.

The restaurant offers different options from lunch to dinner and drinks. The service is good and fast and the food is very tasty. The atmosphere is charming and lively. I've tried burgers which are quiet good and the prices are okay. I recommend this restaurant in Halmstad.

I asked for the prawn sandwich which I was told is a Swedish typical. I thought it was a relatively light meal.... nope, nope, nope. What a beast! I eat a lot and I could not finish it. From half way through I was already soldiering my way through the meal. It was also delicious! The were a couple of slices of cucumber and 1 or 2 cherries tomatoes on the plate just to make me feel less guilty. Good selection of beer, huge selection of everything else

Nice atmosphere. Went there for food, had a great meal with great service. Came back later for some drinks and the nice atmosphere had change for some sort of try for a club maybe. No one danced to the extremely loud music, and no one could talk because you couldnt hear what anyone said. Felt really strange, and to have a no hat or cap rule made me as a guest feel dumb when i was made by a guard to take of my $600 hat. Really recommend the restaurant. What ever they try after hours, stay away.
