My husband and I love this Cheesecake Factory! The food is always how we like it and our favorite bartender, AJ, is fantastic! Very polite and his drinks are perfectly delicious. In fact we just nominated him for "Greater Bay Shore's" favorite bartender contest! Great food great service inside however apparently they no longer send you a text if your online order is ready. They need to update that on the online ordering. Also this is now my 3rd experience where people are parked in curbside to go spots "assuming their food is ready" and clearly it is not. It is better the old way so people know when to pull into the spot and not sit there waiting taking up the spot for other customers whose food is ready. I dislike this new service. Lucky their food is good. No other place makes you have to call and tell them you are there. Set up an "I'm here" option or something.

I had a mushroom burger and there were only like four mushrooms. The appetizers always seem to be a bit better than the food(at this location at least). The appetizers were amazing I could've been happy with just those, honestly. Waiters/waitresses seemed a bit disoriented. The tables are right on top of each other. Every word the person next to you says can be heard. You can't have a conversation without the people sitting a few inches away hearing. The food is delicious and on par price wise with everywhere else. The slice of cheesecake I ordered was still frozen. I ended up taking it home. Once it thawed, it was great. Food was good as usual. Service was really slow. Sat for over 15 mins before someone finally came over. Tables are a little close for my liking. Wherever I go cheesecake factory is always my go-to spot. I came about one and afternoon on a Wednesday which is awesome because it wasn't crowded. The one thing about the Shane is it's always consistent. No complaints. I especially like this one because it has outdoor seating and it's not super close to the mall although it's in the same property Today is my birthday and also took advantage of my free slice

Cheesecake factory was my favorite place but lately every time when I come, the portions gets smaller and smaller and smaller. My favorite dishes aren’t on the menu anymore. Things aren’t the same. Not my first time at a Cheesecake Factory, but my first time here. I’ll just say, this is THE Cheesecake Factory, if you’re going to go to one. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We made reservations but didn’t want to be too close to others, so they immediately gave us a booth, secluded. The presentation of the dishes were incredible. It came out hot and fresh. So what did we have? For an appetizer we had the Factory nachos with chicken and it was the best nachos I’ve had in a long time. The guacamole, chicken, jalapeños, sour cream, you gotta try it. For entrees we had the grilled ribeye, which was a PERFECT medium, and street tacos. Everything was just delicious. We also had Malibu bay breezes. The drinks were awesome too. Lastly, of course we had to get cheesecakes! Vanilla bean and Chocolate caramelicious cheesecake made with snickers! Our server, AJ, gave the best service you could possibly ask for. What ever he’s getting paid isn’t enough. He was that great. Make sure you ask for him next time you go to THE Cheesecake Factory the food and service you’ll get will have you going back for more.
