Always enjoy eating at Cheesecake Factory. Food was great and portions are huge. Only complaint was prices are a touch too high, even a skinnylicious turkey sandwich was almost 20$. Also our waitress didn’t come around as much as I wish but she got our order fully correct without writing a thing down which was impressive. First time at a cheesecake factory and it was well worth it. The waiter was exceptional and accommodating. The Thai wraps were great and set the mood. The brown bread was the better of the two but nothing exceptional. I got the tuscan chicken and it honestly blew my mind. We also got the Skinnylicous burger and it was a good cheeseburger. We also got an order of fries which were well salted but gave Burger King. This Cheesecake Factory location is inside the prudential center. It’s only okay. My biggest issue is that it’s not clean. The bathrooms were gross. Interestingly enough, they score an A in sanitation with the city. (See pic.) Food was decent, but not what we’re typically used to at other cheesecake locations in my opinion. The service was extremelyyyyyy slow. It took forever to get the food and the restaurant was not busy. Overall I rate this location 2.5/3 stars. Food was regular for cheesecake factory. But the host did not let us in with a stroller for very wreid reasons. Got a whole cheesecake to go for a birthday. Helpful staff. The other times I’ve eaten here I’ve found it to be okay. Just reheated frozen stuff. I liked their salad. There’s usually a big wait here. It’s pretty big yet there’s always a wait when I have come here. Wow! I was blown away, for a chain restaurant, they really know what they are doing! My expectations were blown out of the water. Our waitress Tiffany was absolutely amazing, she was able to give my friends and I recommendations using the entire menu from memory and even was able to recommend me a salad that is not even on the menu, which was absolutely delicious! As usual, very busy Cheesecake Factory. We came on a Tuesday night and despite the winter storm, they were busy and had a wait. We were able to get drinks at the bar until we had a table. Service is okay, once again they’re busy so it was a reasonable wait time to get your food. They have a low calorie menu which is great since most foods are over 1000 calories on the normal menu. Our waiter was amazing getting our food to us quickly. Our drinks barely touched bottom and we had refills already at the table. The food was hot fresh and full of flavor, and the cheesecake was phenomenal.
