Lasagna absolutely delicious. Caesar salad well made… however, the croutons were quite abundant! They didn’t need that many. The buffalo wings were good, but when delivered, they were cold. Don’t understand why. But the flavor was good. The carrot cake was the best I have ever had. OMG!!!! That’s a must try. The peach cobbler was alright. A OVERLOADED of sugar, so be careful when ordering it. My only issue was the cold wings and they only sent 1 salad dressing for 2 large salads. Would I recommend them… YES!!!!! Never coming back. Came for lunch on a Thursday. Was over an hour. The onion appetizer was good. Food service was very very slow. Steak was ordered medium rare. Came medium well. Was so dry had to send it back. Took an excessively long time to get a replacement. No seasoning. Bland steak. We didn't comment on that since we needed to leave. Girl said it was "comped" because of the problems and time it took. Turns out "comped" is $8 off a $22 bland steak. I've had mediocre experiences in the past so this is the last straw. Had to get out of Dodge , but on our trip through a buddy and I stopped in for a Steak, best Ribeye I have had with mashed taters with brown gravy and chily . Our server was a pretty young lady Lei Lae (not sure if I spelled it right). Gave us great service and provided some great history factoids about the building. They had a great array of museum prints of local cowboys, including Doc and wyatt and vintage wagons. Great building. A nice rest after many miles on the road. At $29.95, it’s a steal for the taste experience it comes with a couple sides I chose veggies and a salad. Served quickly for a not too busy Tuesday night this hearty dish easily earns a perfect 5/5 rating—it’s a savory triumph that left me thoroughly satisfied. If you’re in the mood for a fantastic steak that hits all the right notes, look no further than “The Bandit” at this fine establishment.
