Short eats are not that tasty as they promise, cakes and sweets are of course tasty. Bit expensive. Choy's Golden puff just besides Fab is much better to me.

I bought a fish pastry but the quality is not good, the cake is fine, but if you are going to buy cakes, it is better to go after 11 am, because, that's when the cake lorry came, service is good, this place has a really small area to dine in. Not suitable for a large group.

Fab has come down in quality and production for the last 10 years. Gone were the days when Mrs. Madanayake managed and kept up the dignity of the workers and the quality of foods. As it is a family generated business, the moment the company went into the hands of others, standards and quality of service and the quality of human service has deteriorated and replaced with cooperate agenda. I go once in a way to get the Lumprice to give away to people who can enjoy something out of the normal but sad to witness the quality of the pastries and cakes on the shelves. I feel very sorry for the consumers today as the more they eat out more likely they will end up at the doctors. Be careful everyone. Eat at home. The place was very clean and tidy. The cakes and the sweet items were delicious but the pastries can't be rated as 10/10. But they were not that bad. The bottled ice coffee was great.
