What a wonderful find! I had their Minnesota Power Bowl with fried Brussels sprouts and it was so good. Wait staff was awesome and was greeted and seated as soon as we came in. This was my first time at the Fireside Lounge and Supper Club in Denison. The bartender at lunch time was especially friendly and welcoming. She was very efficient and I could tell she knew her customers and what they wanted. The food was very good and it was a nice, relaxing time in a friendly bar and grill. I hope to return sometime in the evening to try out their supper club type menu items. A place like this is a great asset for a small town, gathering places like this are valuable. My birthday today and received a $10.00 dollar off coupon so went here for dinner. Place was extremely busy and packed. Ordered the fish dinner and was awesome! Buns so soft and warm. Took over an hour for food but waitress was new and kept letting us know they were busy, and didn't forget about us. A great night to have! Highly recommend Fireside Lounge. Great spot to stop at if you are in the area. We were at Nerstrand Big Woods State Park and found this gem on the way home. A quaint place with a large menu. Because we stopped after 4pm they had the full dinner menus plus regular stuff. We tried their two Friday specials, ribs dinner and fish platter. Both were great. Ribs were tender and fish was very good. Not too much batter and big pieces. Come hungry! Baby baked potatoes were good as well as the beans. And the desserts....wow. Homemade and delicious. Our cosmopolitans were also very good.

Overall the experience was very good! Our server was amazing and oh so kind and attentive! It’s a bit on the dark side (lighting) where we sat and the servings for fries were a smaller portion than we would think for the cost of the meal but food was good. Soda prices and free refills were nice! Mushroom and Swiss burger was juicy and yummy! My husband got a chicken wrap that looked really good! I also love how they brought mustard and ketsup out that was chilled and clean! The place is very clean too! I recommend and we would come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

If you want a reliable, comfortable, supper club feel this is the place. Food hits the spot. Surf and turf with sirloin and jumbo shrimp was delicious and cooked perfectly. Drinks are nice and a good value. Also don't forget the homemade desserts displayed in a lovely old school cylindrical glass case. Service was prompt and friendly.
