Updated review: Today I asked the cashier to scan the box of 24 cans of soda in my shopping cart due to my back problem. However, she refused and insisted I lift the items onto the belt. To make matters worse, she also ordered another staff member, who was kindly bagging my items without my request, to stop. When I questioned the cashier about her rudeness, she continued to ignore me and spoke loudly. I requested to speak to the manager, and someone eventually came but asked me to calm down. Within a short time, I found myself surrounded by other employees who were openly laughing at my predicament. This experience left me feeling sick and utterly helpless. 🤮 Previous review with 5star: Good price and fresh vegetables and other foods. Staff are friendly and helpful even though they are very busy with customers. Their dairy and bakery area is always nicely decorated and properly restocked. Carbonated soft drinks are cheaper than Philly area because of no soda tax and they have promotions on going, which makes your shopping experience super cool 😎! Fresh vegetables, fruits are delicious too and not too expensive!
I decided today I will no longer shop at this store!!! This morning I had issues with a cashier not wanting to do their job. The sad part the front-end manager was standing right there and didn't once check her staff. They looked the same age so of course they don't care or going to take the person seriously!! I got home my groceries weren't bagged right at all. Frozen items are with the nonfrozen items!!! It's the lack of professionalism for me!!! It's not just the cashiers it's also the deli department too!! The sad part about it is they have no respect at all for the customers or staff!!! The deli department they are not welcoming and they are not professional either!!! Since I have been coming here the only professional ones I have come in contact with are the guys who work in produce in the morning time!! They are so respectful and helpful!!! They are always welcoming every time!!! Maybe I need to come in the afternoon after the shift change maybe I will get better customer service. I shop here in the morning time because it's not that busy. The people working here are always angry and have a bad attitude and it's sad!!! I spend too much money in this store every time I come here because it's closer to me. Today I decided I need to travel further out to receive the great customer service that I deserve!!! Please don't tell me to make another complaint because I did that already!!! You guys need to get rid of all the people that your customers are complaining about and hire people with class, professionalism, and respect!!! If you don't you guys are gonna lose a lot of customers!!!

The Employees attitude sucks And they need stop hiring young people who don't have manners. I was having such a great day until I decided to Get on the line and pay for my Grocery . The young man at the cashier had a lot going on with him and you would've thought i did something to him . I greeted him , he didn't respond , I asked questions nd he refused to answer them . Finally he scan all my item , put like 2 in the bags and told me to do it myself 😂😂. I was the only one in line, I started to Help at first but stopped when I notice he stopped nd stood there to watch me bag them . I usually always help bag my things but the entitlement of this young man was crazy. I hope whatever he is going through , he come through it . I know it was a reason I had stop going there and today clarify it .

They are the only fresh grocer that carries sage sausage but only on Fridays. I was lucky only one pack left. Prices are just higher than other stores
Well I didn't know that them and ShopRite was NOW two different stores. Didn't know their sales paper stared on Friday and not Sunday like ShopRite so what I wanted wasn't on sale anymore

Poor customer service with the light-skin skinny young girl at the counter.She was extremely rude, impatient, and condescending. I did speak to the manager about her nasty attitude. I’m old enough to be her damn mother. I’m not arguing with a little immature girl fresh out of high school that’s definitely not on my level. The manager/corporate better have a whole meeting with these dense headed young people employed at their store. Teach them about professionalism and how to speak customers. Someone like me will let my voice be heard and Karma will answer. You get what you put out!
It feels a little compact or tight on space. I wasn't impressed with the selection of specific items that I needed. I did appreciate the eight or nine cash registers being open
I'm so disappointed that they don't take the time to clean when you walk down the aisle there is alot of trash underneath the shelves.I feel like nobody care about this neighborhood store but if you take a ride to the shoprite in Drexel hill you can see the difference
Employees are very disrespectful management are the worst they all play with each other, They argue to the point where they are about to fight, Always on their phones never no one in customer service and when you ask for customer service they have serious attitude this is the worst store that has so many issues, Now I must say the seafood department are very friendly and very helpful and I would keep them, Cashiers and management needs to be fired and replace to them its all about their pay check especially customer service, Too many of my friends stopped shopping at this store because of the behavior of the workers and I am about to stop myself because I spend entirely too much money to be disrespected every time I ask for help. These issues need to be addressed before everyone stops shopping at this store, 69th street

Can’t wait to move. Forced to get grocery delivery fm this location since it’s the closest but never ever again. After 3 years, of mostly unpleasant experience, today was the cherry on top. They are true scam artists in home shopping. They overcharged my debit by $15 on the delivery because they said ‘The sales for most of my product must’ve ended’ though I just placed the order after midnight. Call in to cancel, I get hung up on. Come to find out thru an actual fresh grocer customer care representative, they didn’t even cancel the order officially. I love the store but only shopping in store from now on. Y’all are extremely lucky I don’t have a weapon I don’t play dese games
