The Fresh Market has the best meat department in Naples. Go early for the best selection. The kabobs are wrapped in butcher paper (not styrofoam like my Publix down the street). Fresh flowers, breads, vegetables, and more. I only go for the meat department located in the back. It's my first stop for groceries, followed by Publix on Neapolitan Way for BOGO. Ready-made meals for one, two, or four. Italian meatloaf and chicken pot pie are usually available. Just go early!
Nice quality food but what exactly is the point of a fresh fish counter if you won’t cut filets to size? I wanted a pound of salmon but I could get 2lb or even 3lb but not 1lb because “we’re not allowed to cut them”!
When I asked to speak to the Manager I was told “Greg’s in a meeting. You could wait till it ends?”
Clearly nobody gives a damn about customer service at this Fresh Market. Only their attitude is ‘fresh’.
I’ve never been one to complain about a chicken Cesar salad but the salad I got at this store is the worst I’ve ever had. There is more bones than actual chicken… I nearly choked on one. Do not recommend!
The Thursday chicken deals and prepared deli foods are the highlights. The bakery runs out of items before noon and does not restock, my spring mix salad green were eaten up by insects, big holes in the spinach leaves, and sometimes the checkout lines are 15-people deep into the store. Too few registers open and some cashiers are very, very slow. Hate that I have to ask for a plastic fork, every other store has them out (Publix, Wynn’s, even Chipotle.) Prepared foods / deli employees are great.
Extremely long wait at Deli counter & also a serious language barrier which made things worse and resulted in getting order order wrong. Staff member seemed to be trying hard & eventually got it correct.
Also, there much confusion over special prices & BOGO deals, especially with Meat Dept & Deli Dept. E-mails sometimes lack the detail needed to distinguish offers. As a friendly suggestion, using the words FRESH or PREPARED would help.
In store, many items on shelves lack prices & need to get a staff member who has to go through a process to determine price. Clearly marked prices would really be helpful.

Great place to get fresh vegetables and flowers. I love that everything is packed full of fresh produce and meats, this should be the standard for every grocery store. The people were friendly, Steven, Meggie, an Ohio kid, a black lady behind the cheese area was ready to help immediately. Would have bought some connolys if the guy would have stopped cleaning but he didn't seem too interested. The checkout area; although pretty, seems quite crammed and not much space to put groceries, this may be the one thing that needs to be rethought. I can't imagine what it would be like if there were a lot of customers or I had more groceries. But other than that, beautiful place, beautiful flowers, my new go to as long as the prices stay competitive.
My FAVORITE grocery store when I visit Naples! So many items here, fresh flowers, fruit, produce, deli and bakery are all fantastic! The prepared foods and deli sandwiches are great, huge selection. Prices are also reasonable. You won't find many household/cleaning items here but if your looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner options this is the place.
Since we moved it's been over 7 years I have not shopped @ FM. Decided to make the trip into town and purchase the weekend snacks for a beach trip. Got the garlic French toast rounds, Italian charcuterie and cheddar red wine cheese, plus some mixed olives. It was a hit, everyone asked where did I get the treats. Just like old times the good Fresh Market on US41 Naples.
There is this black lady who works in naples fresh market that works on the front maybe a manager assistant or manager but she has such bad character. I go to the fresh market all the time and she doesn’t even say Hi or how are you doing nothing. Any problem I have with their products and she doesn’t care about the customer problem as if she is annoyed when you have issues with an item. She has denied helping me with items. She called her manager Keith or Kevin to help me and he seemed scared of her so he told me he couldn’t help me with the problem. She was training a new kid and she took him to the front outside to talk to him about not helping me next time when people have a problem with their item. She was disrespectful and rude the whole time totally makes my shopping experience unpleasant. I would never shop here again. She acts like she is just working there to steal the money from the cash register or like she owns the place. I just moved to naples and I wanted to feel at home but this is a big ick. If you go there be on the look out for a black momma in the front who counts the money and close the store or whatever job she does but she is totally rude when you have a problem with your purchases. When you buy they are happy to take your money but could careless about your shopping experience. I would never go back again. Zero star if I could. I am trying to call corporate but figured I am done and would just make a review instead.
