A quick google search lead me here while traveling to Bay Area from Galt and so happy I made the detour. Super friendly vibes as soon as you walk in (rare these days sadly) and the protein waffles exceeded my expectations!!!! They were not stingy with the fruit which was a plus! I don’t live close but whenever I’m traveling I will for sure stop here. This spot is right around the corner from my house. I take my son on the way to school sometimes in the morning if we are running late and need a healthy pick me up for breakfast. The staff is great. How can this place claim to be healthy?! Everything is a sugar bomb. Nowhere that serves Fruity Pebbles can be that health-conscious. Fruity Pebbles are sugar, canola oil (aka cancer-ola oil), artificial colorings and flavorings, and preservatives. Update: We're all entitled to our own opinions. I don't like to drink empty sugar calories no matter where they come from, whether there's "only" 12 grams or 120. And how is putting a spoon of Fruity Pebbles on top not "serving" them? Are they a garnish meant not to be eaten? So you're sure none of your customers eat them? Also thank you for assuming I am a girl.

Delicious and Nutritious! I was always looking for a spot like this. Clean, lots of options, and inviting. Menu had many options and I chose the acai power bowl the first time. With fresh cut strawberries and bananas. It was soooo good and they even gave me a tea for trying out their spot. It was a peach iced tea with mango flavor and it was amazing and refreshing. Will come back for sure!

They were super friendly and explained the menu to me, as it was my first time. I ended up getting the banana caramel protein oats and a coconut chai drink. They made sure I liked what I ordered and was willing to make something It was really good. They have a repeat customer, when I am in the area.
