We had not been here for several years. They did a fantastic job on updating the location. We had a wonderful time and the service was excellent. Definitely ask for Alex! I came here for my birthday and wow this place did not disappoint. I was definitely so full by the end of my dinner that I took dessert to go. The service and food were amazing and I definitely look forward to coming back in the future. It is a little pricey but it’s worth it. We had the perfect night my our son’s 12th birthday. Our waitress, Haley, was absolutely perfect too! She made it an easy and fun experience with our 7 and 12 year old. She really went above and beyond to make sure each of us had the most awesome Melting Pot experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the facility was beautiful. Kennard served us and he was absolutely perfect, he made an already special experience feel all the more special with his attentiveness and going the extra mile to make sure me and my boyfriends romantic date was nothing but magical. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable and the food was to die for. Overall a 10/10 experience. Absolutely great. The food was great from beginning to end. I went here for my birthday and Jordan was so sweet. One of the best customer service experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The manager even came by my table and wished me a happy birthday. If I could do 10 stars, I would. The atmosphere was amazing, and all the staff worked together well. They all worked together to make sure the table stayed clear even if Jordan wasn't available right away. And they did it with a smile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
