I must say I was extremely impressed with the service and meals we received from Orchard Thieves. We ordered ribs, burgers and a number of different pizzas and the meals were delivered hot and were exceptional. Well done. We will be back. BRILLIANT

Service was ok and time was ok given Friday and the amount of staff on though I asked for any deal for multiple pizzas, no. Then asked for 1 big pizza, the lady said yes and when asked for a gluten free base she said $4 extra. Ok. When I received it I challenged the size, this doesn't look like a large? Only to be told you can order an extra large for an extra $3 though that is the gluten free size! So why was it $4 extra if only a large for $24. Wasn't going to argue but people need to remember how tough it is out there at the moment for that sort of price for that sized Pizza. Gave it to the wife, I won't have any, when it simply could've been explained better when I asked. Shame really. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Regular user here; delivery is always in a timely manner. Food arrives hot and fresh. In store is just as quick. Amazing pizzas but the lava cakes are the best in town, you must try them! Hi this is my first order from Welcome Bay branch. I am very impressed about the service and the taste! Pavitta the manager he is so kind and caring about the customer and prompt help. Actual shop opening hour is 11. 30 but somehow the system notified at 11. So my order was 11.15 which was made by mistakes. Anyway he is willing to ask me get a refund but I choose to be wait. It was worth it! Thank you Pavitta you make my Monday shine!! I am highly recommend this pizza.

$102 for 4 pizza 2 garlic bread and ribs, delivery charge and 2% charge for paying by debit card over the internet... (if there were to be a next time, I will just fax the cash. They will probably respond in kind by just faxing back the pizza, it would probably be warmer) Ribs not worth the price. Way too much sauce, cold to the bone. Taste of the pizza was very ho hum. I'm not from here I'm from hastings but I highly recommend there food me and my partner travels from hastings all the time to tauranga and it's the first place we will go to the service that there's is very welcoming and very good the pizza is so fluffy and cheesy super fresh to way better than pizza hut and domino's and the atmosphere is so beautiful so I highly recommend 😊 Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Curly Fries
