The atmosphere was warm and cozy and had a great view. I’m only giving it three stars though because I want to the bar to get a refill and the bartender helped three other people that arrived after me. It took another guest who said to the bartender she’s been waiting in order to be acknowledged. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Beautifully crafted, feels upscale without being stuffy. We went for an after dinner drink on our last night in Beloit. We stayed at Hotel Goodwin, had dinner at the Velvet Buffalo downstairs & decided to cap our night off at The Rooftop. Hip for the younger crowd but feels a good fit for all ages. Good selection of Wisconsin beers, full bar, & a number of specialty drinks. I tried the "When Life Gives you Melons"; this one will catch up with you as you forget you're drinking alcohol. Lots of snacks to share are available to order as well. Bar is beautiful & there is a rooftop deck, though we didn't get to sit outside as it had been raining off & on for sometime. Nice place to enjoy each other & have a good drink.
