What an awesome experience. My friend and I sat at the bar which is so beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. All of the staff members were great and the food was delicious. My friend and I were waited on by “The Fabulous MJ” I definitely highly suggest that you ask for him when you decide to go here. He has excellent customer service skills and a great sense of humor. Was hoping to enjoy a good meal with family here but our waitress was the most inexperienced server I've ever seen. Took 20 minutes to get anything. This could be a good Irish pub but their prices are way out of line. Standard Irish pub fare at high end restaurant prices. Demi was absolutely the best bartender I’ve ever had! I can’t say enough great things about her! She’s got the most sunny disposition and made our experience one to remember! We will definitely be back for her! The establishment is good, but the bartender is better! Thanks Demi!

I have been coming here with my significant other since they opened. We came often until the service and the quality of food began to decline. The service is unfriendly, inattentive and undeserving of the prices this place charges. We have been served undercooked chicken, cold food and have sat and sat at their tables with the slowest service known to man. Media deserves more than this place. With the amount of great places and great food along State Street I cannot believe this place continues to operate at the level it does. Went to the Townhouse friday night (Shebeen) made reservations, on their website midweek for 7. When I showed up early (we were willing to wait) they couldn’t find me I never received a confirmation either So I pulled up the website and did it again for 7 (again never received a confirmation just to see if I would receive a confirmation) and they found it and said they couldn’t get us in they were fully booked and I told them well your app keeps letting people book for tonight even if your “fully booked” They at one point said I could eat at the townhouse and wait 25 min. I told them they’re different menus they told me they’re not and rolled their eyes at me. (Even though in the past I’ve been told they’re different) The manager was no help either and didn’t seem to care the app just lets people keep booking even if they’re at capacity.
