The pizza is consistently outstanding (and I’m from NJ). They really impressed us tonight when we were delivered the wrong pizza. We called and let them know, and without hesitation, they cooked and delivered the correct one, and comped us the wrong one Great service. Food: 5 Service: 5

Great thin and crunchy pizza place right in the center of Lexington. I had only been to the Beacon Hill location until today and I would have to say that the quality is consistent among them. The staff was young here and goofing around a lot but they were friendly and served our slices fast. Overall this is a great pizza place I would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a slice!

I stopped in for lunch while working in Lexington today. I loved the pizza when they had a location by me. I work in the restaurant industry and visit 20+ restaurants a day. Unfortunately, the customer service is just not there. I walked in and I swear the two guys looked at me and said "what?" Like I was disturbing them. They also packed the hot pizza one on top of the other in a bag. I thought this was odd since it wasn't one slice. When I opened the bag just like I thought all the cheese had transferred to the plate ruining one of the slices. I am still giving two stars since the pizza tasted good. My slice of mushroom, onion and peppers was really terrific. Crust is obviously made with the proper 00 flour. Friendly service. The reason for three stars is that the place was extremely sloppy. Questionable customer service. Food doesn't taste like food. Pepperoni with no taste. How is that possible? Pizza toppings not baked into pizza and FALLING off. Where is the pizza sauce? Where is the flavor? Bland tasting fake food. Brownie didn't taste as a brownie should. Chicken tenders were actually decent. Will not return. Don't bother coming here for pizza... I ordered takeout from here yesterday. One of the items I ordered was missing. The pizza itself did not have good flavor, and the crust was so thin and soggy that the pieces fell apart when I picked them up. Best pizza around. Great selection, and many customizations possible! I have known the Upper Crust pizza for 20+ years. It's very good crust, marinara, and toppings. Order (online), pick up promptly, and enjoy. That easy. You can eat on site, but it ain't Capital Grille - what did you imagine? delivery (3rd party) can be sluggish. Again, it's not about the pizza. Reviews should not be about the weather that day! Not mentioning plain lies about their experience. Did not know so many crazies lived here. Pizza was cold and raw. They said 25 mins, I was there in 15 mins. It was waiting, cold and raw. The Indian guy doesn’t know how to cook pizza. They’re lazy. The over weight woman on her phone waited till she was done to ring me up. Their job isn’t hard and they still can do it well.
