We got my boyfriend’s toddler a milk today 1-2-24 and when we rinsed it out it was chunky so we checked the date only to find out it was best by November 9th.

Not a bad place to get gas. The pumps were outdated and the screen wasn’t easy to read. Plenty of parking space to maneuver the pumps. Could have been cleaner.

a lady who attends every time I get to buy gasoline throws me the ticket back. and he tells me that he has no change with a bad attitude and it's just that lady the rest of the people are very kind and always serve well ... l

I live right by a throntons and I go there everyday to get morning drinks and I really enjoy the staff however everyday I try to get cold coffee around 630am and it's always empty. They use to make sure they have it and they would get it otherwise but it takes 5 -7 minutes and I am not able to work with them everyday so I then switched to hot coffee and I have not been able to provide all the necessary items for it.

When I worked in a retail environment I kept up with the coolers and stock the shelves; well say goodbye to that now what's most important is the smoke breaks. I dare the managers to go in about 7 to 9 to 11 p.m. and check the stock of the store and coolers definely they're not even front and faced! Go in the cooler and push the stock forward at least! "Oh no, I might get cold"

I used to like coming here but the new cashiers are nasty. Who ever heard of a gas station cashier screaming at a customer as they walk in the door that they don’t check any lottery tickets especially when I bought them from there.

If they'd worry more about customer service instead of taking CONSTANT smoke breaks this place would operate smoothly. Ridiculously long lines every single day!! You never see this at UDF down the rode nor so you EVER see employees smoking in front of the building. As a fellow business owner this is extremely unprofessional!

I have been aggravated in the past but this time I am aggravated enough to post this review. I just spent 8 minutes in line just to collect a receipt for my gas. Most of the time it tells me to go inside for a receipt. I can't read the screens on the pumps and they were under staffed today. Wish it was under new ownership.

I absolutely love and adore this location. They are like family! Every time I walk in they see me and wave and smile. They know of my kids, siblings and parents. They always ask me how everyone is doing. We laugh and joke. I actually love to go in there and talk to everyone of them there isn't a staff member there I don't enjoy seeing. I also love my perks and rewards my coupons and cigarette deals. Every time I am in there I must grab a 32oz cherry coke. My kids love the fizzfrezzes. (Please bring the lemonade back to my location!) Please don't change anyone or anything about this Thornton's. I love you guys dearly! Lori, Curtis, Steve, Devan, Kim, Patty, and Jessica! There are a few others but I don't remember your names I'm sorry! Keep making that store wonderful. See you tomorrow I'm sure.

It doesn't matter when income in here nothing in the cooler is ever stocked but the workers are just chatting. Absolutely ridiculous. I chose to write this after visiting about 10 times, walking out and going to Speedway. Every single time.
