Lovely Saturday morning my family spent in Thunderbird Bakery & Cafe! My family had been a longtime fan of Thunderbird from 2019 at Oshkosh Famers Market and we were excited to check out their new bakery and cafe. The BEST pastries we have ever tasted, so delicious and crispy, we love them! Brownie is unique, must try it! Excellent place and friendly staff, thank you!

This place is an absolute gem! From the coffee, to the pastries, to the fresh baked bread (yes, I tried a little of everything!), what more could you want? The folks working were friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them. I appreciate their commitment to serving and supporting other local businesses through the food they choose to serve. I also appreciate the commitment to make food from scratch with real ingredients. Will be stopping by anytime I'm in the area! I have been loving their lattes! Their bakery is amazing. Really enjoy the ham and cheese stuffed croissant, especially. Cookies are my kiddos' favorite here. Definitely recommend the bread! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent and warm staff! Unique and delicious savory pastries and bakery as well. Definitely a great place to swing through for a quick coffee or sit down in a great atmosphere with a cappuccino

We travel for this bread. Best bread I’ve found in Wisconsin. Everything is good - from the more basic seeded sourdough sandwich bread to the galettes and my fav, the eat-a-loaf-in-one-sitting roasted onion and cheddar sourdough. Check Thunderbird out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love Thunderbird!!! You will not believe how many flaky layers there are in these pastries. So light and crispy and delicious. I love how they offer seasonal drinks and pastry flavors using local ingredients. The café is bright and beautiful and clean, and the staff are so friendly! You will not be disappointed.

Great coffee and food. We ordered coffee, monkey bread, and croissants. The owner was serving and cleaning herself as well. Very warm and hospitable staff.

Best bakery in town, hands down. The pastries are always fresh and delicious and the sourdough loaves are simply the best. A trip through Oshkosh isn’t complete without a stop at Thunderbird!
