The artichoke spinach pasta was really excellent. My New York strip had great seasoning and the side potatoes were unique. However, the steak was order medium rare but arrived medium well and well done in some areas. I still enjoyed my meal and the meat was surprisingly tender for being over cooked. This dining experience was a delight. Everything was fresh, flavorful and absolutely delicious. Every meal served to our party of 8, was colorful and appealing. The dessert of chocolate brandy peanut pie with fresh whip cream was... WOW! So good! The service was excellent. I highly recommend eating here on any occasion. Had the shrimp and grits today and they were delicious. The staff was super helpful with guiding my gluten free choices and the kitchen had my meal out in a timely manner. Amazing farm to table restaurant with high quality food and service. From using locally sourced ingredients, paper straws, rags instead of paper towels, you can notice minute sustainable features at this place. Must try if you are nearby! Thyme is one of my favorite restaurants in the area, and my go-to place to take friends + family when they visit. They have an excellent range of dishes and each one has something that really makes it stand out. I’ve tried a lot of their menu and haven’t had a mediocre dish yet. As a Bloomington native, I was invited to a business lunch here & had no idea what to expect. I was very pleased with this place. The food was delicious! Potatoes was awesome. Hamburger was great (would prefer a little more seasoning). You could tell it was fresh & the portions were a very good size. This restaurant has their food directly delivered from the farms. They tasted fresh and good. I went there for lunch after a long hike and got a salad, though tasty not very filling. Great spot for fresh delicious food!! We were just so tickled to find this place. The owner was outside with a pup so we stopped and chatted about what was good. We had the pork belly on his recommendation and the market salad bc I love a good salad. The portions are PERFECT. If you need an oversized 2,000 calorie commercial style meal with a Pabts blue ribbon this isn’t your place. If you want to eat the freshest local food from farms in the area, a craft beer and a friendly atmosphere, this is your place. The owner came and chatted with us after we ate and we snapped some pictures.. bc why not. We’d stop again. Their menu is ever changing too! Mmmmm. My wife and I stopped at this farm to table restaurant on a trip from Chicago to St. Louis. First the atmosphere was great and the servers were so friendly. Then came the food which was incredible. They had a great selection of entrees made with locally sourced ingredients. We started with the beet salad that was amazing. I also had the spicy chicken sandwich with the tomato and roasted pepper soup. Everything was incredibly delicious and the portions were huge.
