Great cooking class today. We requested vegetarian food and made some delicious spring rolls and tofu in tomato sauce. There was so much food we even had some to take away. A perfect way to spend an afternoon in Sapa!

Spring Rolls - Chả Giò Chay
The meal was great. Home made food is necessary to order in advance, but it definitely worth it. Meals were in Vietnamese style but with a different soul than anything you can find on the street and it was really a pleasure to eat it. I hope, that the chef will continue with his kitchen and wish him everything well to the future. I have to give small critics about the service, which seems to me a bit slow, but honestly that was almost everything in Vietnam.

Visited here for a cooking class with friends in Sapa. We learned so much about Vietnamese cuisine, from buying ingredients at the local market to cooking all our dishes from scratch. Such a wonderful place and experience here, thank you ! :)

We had dinner and every dish we tried was delicious ❤️ spring rolls, chicken and vegetarian noodles + fresh juices were amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Just make sure you are not in a hurry, as the waiting time is quite long, but it was definitely worth the wait!
