Came here for dinner and it was pretty good. I have wanted to come here for a while and I was glad I did. I ordered the nachos and the quesadilla. The nachos were very good, they even made them vegetarian for me, so I would definitely recommend. They were also way bigger than I expected. The quesadilla was also pretty good, but the guacamole on it was a little sour. They did mess up my order, but they fixed it and were very nice about it.

Worst experience ever, no host available in the front to seat you. Super busy, noisy as well. The food….ordered a soup (caldo ranchero) never arrived and the waitress has the audacity to ask me if I still want it. After waiting for almost 45 mins for a soup and a salad. Ordered a salad as well; no avocado available. Said that’s fine, what I get is iceberg lettuce; shredded. Barely any tomato, the teeny chopped up pieces were hidden,barely any dressing (thousand island style), canned corn, 3 chunks of cold cheese that resembled string cheese and don’t get me started on the chicken. Barely any flavor, super dry and super cold. $14 salad at that and I had to return it after just 2 bites. Quality of the food is super low. Would rather go somewhere else honestly.

The service was very nice. The food was good, although the corn tortillas were actually de harina (flour). The carnitas plate that I ordered was tasty, but due to the stew its cooked in, my tortillas kept breaking. Overall, it was a nice experience and food was good. Oh, and the drinks were on point.
I've been here many times usually great but tonight they were all over the place. In their defense it was busy. That being said when they seat you they serve chips. These were as old as me 🤦🏽♀️ Then we waited for our order a while and then was told it was unavailable. So I then had to review the menu and what was supposed to be a quick dinner turned into an hour and a half. When we were finally served they forgot the utensils. Ate food was good would've been great but the charros were almost all shell. Everything else was superb! Then the bill came and we were almost charged for the first meal I ordered and they didn't have. Thankfully we caught it. There you have it folks! Normally good, tonight not so much. I'd go back again. Let's just 🤞🏽no one has this experience again 😊 edit: online it says that close at 1 am. They close at 10:30. Kitchen at 10
If I were a manager I would come out with a sign and post a worker at the front door to speak to guest as they approach the restaurant saying Due to occupancy we are closed for the night. That would be the proper thing to do. However, that is not the welcome we received when we arrived. It was 9pm. The worker said they were closed and the sign said they close at 11 pm. They were so rude.
We walked away and when they went inside, she proceeded to stick her middle fingers up at us. Are you serious?! Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this... horrible! We couldn't hear what she was saying, but all you could see was wild gestating through the glass. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and disgusting behavior.
I sympathize with the pandemic and the grievances it can bring, but treating us like that was awful. No matter what I love this island, but customer service and hospitality are everything to me.
Great food and great atmosphere. The Margaritas were great and so were the nachos and fish/shrimp tacos. The wine was excellent and to end the night we had Churros filled with cream …wow!!. The facilities were clean and plenty of parking available. We were served by José who was very polite and friendly.
Will definitely go back for round two.
They saw me and my family walking away upset at the fact that there establishment say 11pm close but she told us they’re kitchen closed at 10 and all the employees(about 4-6employees) put out their middle fingers because we were posting our review at 9pm. If you’re not ready to serve people properly why have your doors open. The level of rudeness and lack of customer service is disgusting. Everyone just stay away from this place.
If you were the owner of this please, you should seriously consider training your staff that represent your business! Google says they close at 11pm and the door says they close at 12am… it’s 9pm and they’re “not taking any more customers/they’re closed” as told to us by a server at the door. When asked to speak to her manager, she was tending the bar and unavailable… seriously… close your doors if you can’t function properly! There’s a line of people waiting outside the door… you don’t turn them away. #itybityreviewsandconsulting
As we were leaving and she notices my sister talking a video to post, the hostesses, servers, and the “manager” all got together to gossip about what just occurred. She came on to ask what we were posting. She said that in a normal night the kitchen closes at 11 but today they were closing it at 10pm. Again people, it was 9pm…. She came back out of the restaurant with a paper and we thought she was maybe posting a sign on the door for others. Instead, she proceeded to show us the list of customers she still has not served and that they were seated inside waiting.. seriously… what?!
