I frequent Tim Hortons every morning, the coffee is great, the service is great, but not today, the manager on duty Erica I think is the name; she’s very very rude, as she was ringing me up I was telling her my order, she boldly interrupted and told me she knows what she is doing, and all I was trying to do was make sure I told her the correct order, she put my coffee on the counter and walked away as I said thank you…. Some people should not be in customer service if they are that unhappy, energy is passed on, if she’s there in the morning, I’m changing locations!! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Worst service ever!! Employees are beyond rude! Manager excuses employee behavior and blames on company procedures on time limit to push customers through. Worth driving 20 minutes out of my way for better customer service! For some reason all the good Employees at this location were let go and now we are stuck with plain rude! I work nearby this location and visit in the morning. The staff is unprofessional in every aspect of the meaning of the word. They hold customers at the speaker until the one at the window drives off to keep their drive thru time down. They yell "order up" and "next" when you are at the window and not moving fast enough. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime I go to the michigan location service is slow. Today was the worst I went to the drive through was told to pull forward and waited almost 20 minutes for an iced latte just for it to be a hot latte🤔. I Did not have time to argue. Will not be back to this locations. Would give a zero if I could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very unfriendly, and slow service. Told to pull around and basically forgot about, brought us the wrong order, and had to wait even longer. Had to settle for something that cost less than what we ordered and paid for because the machine wasn't working properly.
