The food is pretty decent, but unfortunately under seasoned. The dishes are well thought out, but minor details would elevate it. For example, the rabbit should be broiled to finish so brown the surface. The pea purée wasn’t seasoned so it didn’t stand out. You can add the salt/pepper yourself but that shouldn’t be needed. I’d say it’s too expensive for what you get, however they can easily improve and be great. Also, another meat option like pork or beef would be great. The service was excellent. We were not disappointed with any meal here! Breakfast was tasty and so much of it. Evening meals were so amazing!
