What a gem of a spot! My girlfriends and I went in today for brunch and upon entering we’re met with the soft sounds of a bluegrass band with a fiddle. It was such a great space and the band was light and sweet to listen to. I got the wagyu burger and it was absolutely divine. The eggs were outstanding and breakfast sandwich was incredible. I stopped here by coincidence and was so impressed that I'll make it a point to visit every time I'm in town. I had one of the best dining experiences of my life here: the food, its presentation, and the service were truly spectacular. (My party and I had just arrived from a fine dining restaurant, and we unanimously agreed that we received significantly better service here.) I don't even know how to describe the food here... Cannot recommend this place enough. I was a little skeptical because I'd heard it was expensive and wasn't sure it would be worth it. It is. Trust me, it is. Even with dietary restrictions, I was able to feast on a multi-course meal. Each dish was truly culinary art, and the blend of flavors an absolute delight to the senses. Service was exceptional. Loved everything about this eclectic place in Travelers Rest! And grateful for the Golden Hour special ($10 off 5-6 Thursday through Sunday). Love that you can get 2 small plates and an entree or 1 small, 1 entree, 1 dessert. My husband and I shared — 3 small plates, 2 entrees, 1 dessert. Perfect. The staff is knowledgeable, timely and were fitting for the atmosphere of the restaurant. The plates were well curated with layers of flavors and textures that complemented each bite. You can tell each plate was purposely designed in both taste and visual appeal. The specialty drinks were well balanced and didn't rely on being too sweet or too strong. Overall a great experience that will bring me back the next time I am in town.
