Arrived on Saturday at 9/2/23 at 7:40PM, the shelves were practically empty and gentlemen was sweeping and cleaning (which I get close to closing time). I picked the only thing there really was left and went to cashier. Again, I totally get it was close to closing time but she was the driest cashier I have ever met. She was wiping everything and when we asked for a few drinks she said they were sold out of pretty much everything. She said they sell out pretty early on weekends and is not sure when they’ll have the drinks since they have to wait for shipment from the other store. She didn’t offer any thing else so we could buy and honestly didn’t seem at all apologetic, she seemed frustrated i was asking questions and taking time from her closing. Such a bummer because the pastry was pretty good but hate that I experienced terrible customer service.

It's always a pleasure to come here. I think they are reasonably priced for items you don't find at any grocery store. Everything is always fresh. Weekends are crowded but the line moves fast. The only thing I would like to change is the amount of people they allow in the bakery at once.

Ordered a cake for someone’s birthday two weeks before pickup. Noticed the cashier did not really do anything special but write on the receipt and give it to me. I asked if the cake would indeed be ready and she assured me it would be the date noted for pick up. When it was time to pick up the cake it wasn’t ready and they did nothing to make it up other than a refund. If you want a quick pastry… sure good for that. This amazing dessert and coffee shop is inside Super G Mart in Pineville by Best Buy and Home Depot. The desserts are top shelf, fresh, original, and sooooo good! They have breads, coffee, desserts by the slice and whole desserts, too. Go here....just go.

This is typically my go to little cafe spot, and I like how it’s conveniently in the supermarket. The employees are nice and polite usually, but I noticed many times that a manager will be just standing in the back staring at people, or yelling and scolding the employees in front of everyone. It makes the space uncomfortable. Her attitude just gives me “quickly pay and get out of here” vibes. The food is nice though. Wish the manager of all people would learn better communication and service skills. Quality ingredients and made fresh daily pastries and breads with the price to go with it. It's a shame there is no way to sample items, but that is the case. On average most items are around $3 to $4, but if you find something you like, it's worth it. Our faves are the milk cream bread, fruit and cheese danish, chocolate donuts, bread with cream filling, and chocolate cream cake. A pastry elsewhere may save you a dollar or so, but it's hard to find something this good. Cakes are more expensive here compared to the other locations and they are more stingy with the amount of fruit used. You'd think if it was more expensive you would get more for your money but you actually are getting less. Very disappointing. On top of that I was standing by the cakes clearly needing help and 2 people behind the counter had their backs turned to me and wouldn't even look at me to help. Terrible customer service.

Customer service in cashier needs to improve,. I asked cashier for the something that was not there in display , but was on the side (just came out fresh) . Didn’t know about the item name, so I showed to her , she (marium) responded in a very very rude way , WHICH ,,, WHICH ONE ???? I dont work there so was confused about the name of the item , she know much better. And could have ask nicely( not rolling eyes)!!!! Food: 4 Service: 1

This bakery is located inside Super G Mart in the old K-Mart building beside Davids Bridal. It has tons of fresh pastries, it's clean and inviting, and the prices are reasonable. You should absolutely give this place a try.
