Had a lovely dinner as honeymoon event there. Atmosphere and service are superb. We also got the table at high level as requested and saw the ocean and the sun going down. Thank you! I like that they use local products for there tasty food, for my taste it could be less Western Menu and even more Thai Menu. I recommend coming here to have a special evening.

Nicely placed restaurant within Anantara hotel. The atmosphere was incredible. Your seats feel like you are in the jungle and sitting in a treehouse. The quality of food and the respective stories of their backgrounds are fascinating. However, given the price of the menu, we felt that the vegetarian option was good but not as delicious as the meat option. The whole experience took about 2.5 hours. Totally worth it. Would recommend the meat option and service!

Grilled Sea Bass Fillet
An experience of a lifetime! My now fiancée took me here for dinner after proposing and each course was so unique and delicious. You will be sitting outside so there will be bugs and it will be quite hot. I love how the staff gives you a mosquito repellent spray though.

Had the most wonderful time for my birthday yesterday night.
Everything was perfect - from the service to the ambience to the food. Tremendously enjoyed the Surat Thani Oysters and the dessert. Our waiter, Tony, even made us a nice surprise preparing a cake for me and signing happy bday. Looking forward to coming back!

Recommend for a private fine dining experience.
- Service: Great service - while you have a private area the staff regularly come to check in on you, and the food is brought within reasonable timings. When we sat down we were given a mosquito spray/repellent which was very helpful and we were almost unbothered the entire evening
- We went for a tasting menu and enjoyed most of our courses. It included starters, mains and desserts. You can go for a wine pairing but as I'm not a big drinker we just got some drinks separately
- Atmosphere is what makes this place really special: you get your little tree top "section" - your little corner of privacy - which is so nice to experience as nowadays a lot of places just try to pack in as many tables as possible.. This place has a few tables and it's so refreshing and relaxing to experience this environment during a vacation. Depending on where you sit you might have slightly different views - our table was overlooking the hotel and water. It was absolutely serene, and you can watch the sunset from your table.
Highly recommended for a memorable dinner experience on Koh Samui!

We had a fantastic meal at the Tree Tops restaurant while on our honeymoon.
We’d booked on the recommendation of others and were not disappointed. We both ordered the set menu with meat and fish and paired wines which was fantastic.
The view was spectacular as our table was booked at 6pm we were able to watch the sunset.
The service was also excellent - Nat looked after us extremely well explaining every course / wine pairing in detail and was able to answer any questions we had and took lots of photos of us so we’ll be able to look back and remember this brilliant night. 5 stars - thank you Nat and the whole team.

Unforgettable sensual journey in the ‘rainforest’ (after heavy rain)
Looking for a suitable place to celebrate our 40th anniversary, I checked out the restaurant on the Internet. At first, I thought that this is another place dazzling its guest with a thousand ways, how to prepare animals – but how was I wrong. I soon discovered that it offered two streams – the animal and an entire vegetarian stream. I felt been taken serious with my handicap not being able to eat animal products. Finally, I can say that my body accepted all the food served here – even if there had been some dairy additions to some of the meals, which I did not know about. So, if you are a tolerant Vegan, you might give it a try 😉
We arrived at 18:00 while it was still raining a bit – the damp jungle smells adding to an unforgettable experience. The warm greeting by our ‘hosts to be’ for the next hours triggered an immediate feeling like having visited longtime friends for dinner. We were ushered to our ‘airy box’ (check pictures) and sat down and then the journey began…
Hint: Don’t arrive much later or you will have to wolf down fantastic food to make it just in time before the restaurant closes at 22:00. We spent over 3 hours – none of it ‘a waste’.
To me, the place ranks in the top 5% of all the restaurants I have ever been.
The food is prepared with great care and love, and you enjoy a symphony of flavours with every bite. Every dish is explained in detail and the journey lined out to you (in very good English). We enhanced the journey even further by creating a ‘wine stream’. Instead of ordering a bottle, we went by the glass. For the ‘amuse bouche’ and the appetizers we had a glass of Riesling from New Zeeland – then for the fish a glass of Rosé from France and finally for the main course (duck & beef) we broadened our own wine horizon by ordering the Cabernet/Shiraz from Thailand. All the wines are excellent!
