Finally made it to Trellis and I was not disappointed. The ambience 10... we decided to do outside seating which overlooked the pool... Service 10 (thank you Justin for the great service).... Food 10... so tasty .... I decided to get the shrimp pizza and it was so flavourful, the shrimps was big and juicy I enjoyed every bite. My friend got the loaded fries which was enjoyed as well.... and the drinks was also great.... the prices wasn't bad either.

Food was delicious. We stayed at the hotel and tried several items on the menu. The only item I would not try again is the fried chicken because it was over cooked and hard. The rib eye was PERFECT! Also must try the trellis kale “side”. Drinks and vibe was great.

I recently visited Trellis Restaurant for the second time, hoping to have a delightful dining experience. However, I must admit that my visit left me disappointed. The main issue I encountered was the quality of the food, particularly my order of a 10oz ribeye steak finished medium. Unfortunately, the steak arrived cold and lacked the desired tenderness and flavor. It seemed waterlogged, and to my surprise, some parts were even rare, which was not what I had expected or requested.
Adding to the disappointment was the lackluster service I received from the waitress. Despite the fact that only two other tables were occupied at the time, she paid us no attention. We found ourselves resorting to shouting across the restaurant in an attempt to get her attention, which was quite frustrating. Good service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking on this occasion.
Although this review reflects my personal experience, it is important to note that it may not be representative of the overall quality of Trellis Restaurant. However, based on my visit, I would hesitate to recommend it, as the cold and poorly prepared steak combined with the inattentive service left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, the restaurant management takes note of these issues and takes the necessary steps to improve the dining experience for future guests.

Certainly won’t be going back there. Nice ambiance but the food was horrible. Very bland/tasteless and the fillet fish had bones. Dinner menu also very limited. Really expected better but was sorely disappointed!

Had brunch on a weekend in December and the food was excellent! It was a large group and the server was very hospitable. Best priced brunch in South with a lot of variety. Totally recommend the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon!

The bruschetta was not executed in a way that made me want to try it again. We may have different perspectives on what is bruschetta. Won’t order it again.
The leg spreader drink was delicious and was a creeper. The alcohol content had me buzzing for about an hour and half. It’s a huge drink so pace yourself.

The ambience is very nice, love the atmosphere of the restaurant. The server that dealt with me was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu helping me finalise my choice of the tagliatelle pasta w/steak. The food itself was amazing, steak done medium to my wish, not too heavily seasoned a good balance of that Umami taste and seasoning, pasta was rich and creamy, the bacon and mushroom were a great addition. The lobster mac n' cheese was also very well done, great taste wise. The wait time for food wasn't long either, drinks and food were both delivered in fair timing. Would definitely go back to Trellis to try them again. Good service, good quality! They do a great job at keeping a standard, as I've visited them again and had no problems really.
