White old lady at register, perhaps the manager was so rude. She got upset because we asked them to remake the sandwich because they did it wrong. Acai bowl was nasty & we threw it away. Tasted like an old frost-bitten smoothie. Don’t waste your time, go to Jamba. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

WARNING DON'T GO HERE. If I could give less than a 1 star and still share the word I would but just to clarify it's not even one star rated. I'm in the top 20% of Google Raters and do not recall ever having to give such a negative review before this one. Food was below any standard Tropical Smoothie we have ever visited. Terrible staff who I found was the stores assistant manager was so distasteful with us when we asked for our food to be fixed then refused a refund for the food they wouldn't fix. Oh and if you have a fruit allergy and want a smoothie with your food they will charge you for substituting fruits. Every other Tropical Smoothie we have visited says there is no extra cost to substitute fruits and only a charge for us to add in extra (more than the quantity on the menu) fruits and veggies. I was told the only way I would get a refund was through the manager and that I'll get the refund the next day. Still no refund a week later and I contacted the store manager multiple times. We are insanely ignored and they give terrible customer service. We visit tropical smoothies in every city we visit and this one gave them all a bad name. Do yourself a favor and go to another local Tropical Smoothie because they are all not this way! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just had the worst experience with Bella at the Southlake location. I ordered the banana, peanut butter pita, like I had countless times before but this time it had little to no peanut butter or honey on it. When I asked if she could just add a little more peanut butter, Bella, the emoloyee working at that time said she would “have to charge me.” When I asked for a new sandwich made the way they normally are she said she would also have to charge me. When I asked for a refund because I did not want a dry sandwich she said I can expect a refund in 3-5 days without providing me any form of paper receipt or proof that she was going to ever do anything with that request. She was unbelievably condescending and felt like she was almost taunting me. It’s really sad because my whole family and I eat here so often because it’s right down the street butat this point, I don’t plan to EVER eat here again. Avoid this restaurant!! The Southlake location is a no go! The service is poor. The workers argue with you when they get your order wrong. Then, when refunds are required, they say the manager will issue the refund, and a week later, still no refund. It's all bad. This location has no integrity. Do Not Eat/Drink here!!! They don’t care about people with food allergies they food was not made right at all still not made it right with the customer and the manager still has failed to give the money back . After been told by the worker to come back the next day the manager would give the money back. Food was great. I ordered and the employee seemed nice but when they were making my food I heard them in the back cracking jokes and the 2 girl employees were throwing paper at each other messing around laughing obnoxiously it took 15 minutes to get my food and it normally only takes 5 all I ordered was a chipotle chicken club and a smoothie. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Pleasantly surprised. I had never heard of this place, but decided to try it because I happened to be nearby. The smoothie I ordered was better than those at the 2 major smoothie brand places I’m used to, and more affordable. Two thumbs up!

My friend has a daughter with food allergies and they refused to fix the order that was made wrong. A refund was supposedly going to be given but after weeks this has not happened. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love the fresh fruits used in the smoothies here! Have been trying to avoid the usual chemicals flavored and colored, but more popular drive through versions. So glad little one can enjoy real fruits in a smoothie and very well blended. She likes the Blimey Limey and the Jetty. The best part is the manager (Ariel?) was very helpful to customize for us vegetarians by making the pesto Flatbread without the chicken for us even when we are there for the Tuesday special deals! She remembers her customers and always so pleasant 👏👍🏆
