quite possibly the worst tropical smoothie i’ve ever been to. always waiting 15+ minutes in the drive through (it’s never busy), and they NEVER get my food right. absolutely insane

Of all the locations, this has to be the worst! They mess up orders every time and when you call, they will not answer. Do not trust them for delivery, IF you are going to this location, go in person! update 10/4/23, they responded to this and as I stated…. NO RESPONSE. I went to the link they said to and it’s ANOTHER form! What a joke…. nobody will talk to you.

I went to tropical smoothie on Walton (order ID 3962558220335) on my lunch break. I ordered food at the cafe requesting a chicken bacon flat bread (no bacon). I confirmed this with cashier 3 times there would be no bacon, I came home to find there was significant bacon on the flat bread even though receipt noted, no bacon. I waited in the cafe for 20+ minutes waiting for food to eventually receive the incorrect order. In addition to this there was an individual smoking a cigarette on the outdoor dining patio so I was unable to sit outside. This should be concerning as health code in Michigan requires individuals to be at least 25+ feet away from an outdoor dining area/ restaurant. Not a good look for you tropical smoothie. But, the worst part was when I called to follow up on this order, calls can’t be taken at this location. Now, I have wasted $$$ on lunch order not even correct and no body is available to take my call to further remedy or assist in situation. Unfortunately I can’t afford another 20+ minute endeavor to correct order due to my lunch break ending. Bad business practices all around. Very disappointing, however the long wait is typical and understanding during busy rushes, the food should be correct snd customers should be able to enjoy outdoor eating/ dining area without consuming cigarette smoke. Do better tropical smoothie on Walton.

Ordered through the drive thru and the person who took our order had an attitude while taking our order. She was very impatient and said everything in a rude way.

Update 9-23 This location is failing hard. Each time there's something off. This time is the worst. Acai berry boost seems like a straight forward but today it's watery mess with no taste. Use to be best location.. Tasty smoothies. But I swear the cups are getting thinner. My cup bottom broke out. Need to bring my own cup to pour it into. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Wish the manager would wait until the worker is done making a smoothie instead of deciding to talk to them about what he wants them to do after they are done with making it.. scenario: I am the only person in the store with two people working the line.. manager stops the individual making smoothies and talks to them for 3 mins, talking over ALL the food (I watch spittle leave his mouth while talking and go into the ingredients) the owner can feel free to watch the store tape from 12:40ish up until 12:55 when I finally got my smoothie.. management should know customers come first.. unfortunately, I won't be returning to trop smoothie.. which is unfortunate, cause I like thier product..

My friend and I each got a smoothie and paid a tip. The smoothie's weren't even blended all the way and not made correctly. For the price we paid we expected better. This location seems to be struggling lately.

Accidentally ordered from the wrong location but was only 5 minutes further of a commute from work so didn't cancel... wish I had and ordered from my regular TSC because this was awful. Ordered a smoothie/wrap combo and there was an issue with every single item. First, the kale & apple slaw had about 3 pieces of kale in the entire side dish and was bone dry. The smoothie (Detox Island Green) was extremely watery and had no added whey protein which I paid extra for. The whey has a pretty distinctive taste so you're 100% able to tell when it's been added to a smoothie. Finally, went to eat my wrap (Hummus Veggie) and it's soaked with some sort of taco/hot sauce making it practically inedible. I can't tell you what the sauce was exactly but I can tell you that it doesn't belong on the Hummus Veggie as this is the only item I've been ordering for over 5 years. Extremely disappointed because I've wasted my lunch to drive and pay over $15 for a lunch that I can't even eat.

Terrible customer service. If an employee is that unhappy to where they are completely snarky and flat out rude in the drive thru why wouldn’t management step in and pull them from the drive thru? after being treated so poorly why would I trust that employee with my order? While I typically recommend Tropical Smoothie, I Strongly recommend avoiding this location.

This location never misses. We went today and it was clearly overwhelmingly busy. The female drive thru worker (sorry we didn't grab your name) was crushing it and took the time to interact and tell us we could have her scan our phone at check out to get points which I didn't realize. Also despite how busy it was every item of our order was correct and delicious, so definitely worth the time it took. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
