I will start with the good: I was welcomed in when I entered the store. But, it quickly went down hill from there. The worst part is there was FUZZY GREEN MOLD on the lid of my cup!!! When I was ordering, the cashier didn’t seem to understand what I was asking when I asked for “protein powder” in my drink. She said “we have vitamin c, collagen, etc”. I thought she just didn’t hear what I said so I repeated myself “PROTEIN powder, do you have a different PROTEIN powder than the whey?”. She said “I don’t know.” Again, I repeated myself thinking she still didn’t hear me clearly. She replied “Oh we have whey but we don’t have another protein powder”. At that point I didn’t want to prolong the conversation so I just accepted the whey. While waiting for my drink, I noticed a sign partially blocked off by a blender that showed they carried PEA protein. Obviously the cashier didn’t know their menu and didn’t care to ask her coworker for help. Just bad customer service and gross MOLD!

Came in 8:45. They close at 9. The boy who took my order was nice. After taking my order, the girls around the counter yelled at him for taking my order and said she wasn't going to make it. Took 5 minutes for them to come out and make it. Two more customers came in while I was waiting at 8:50, the girl said asked if they had a mobile order, if not they were closed. Don't advertise being open until 9 but stop taking orders 15 minutes before. Smoothies is more ice than anything. Don't go here. Go to the one by tanger. This smoothie is the bomb it’s mango, lime, coconut and pineapple omg … theee best. I drink these quite often. Many different options to choose from. But this my favorite you should try it.

So the tropical smoothie on rivers has roaches. As I was leaving after getting a smoothie a roach pop out the counter . Also the staff doesn’t speak or greet you. Wasn’t impress especially with the prices to have poor customer service and see roaches. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Second day in a row that I have ordered online for pick up due to having a baby in the car. Both days nobody ever brought out my order. The first visit I walked in to get it finally after just sitting there and one employee was making their own drink and walked to the back, another was sitting at the table talking with a friend. As my family and I walked in (seven of us in total) we were greeted with a loud sigh from the shift leader behind the counter complaining that “they have been busy since they opened but ‘money-money-money’…” with an eye roll and a look of disdain. We left immediately to take our business elsewhere. As we exited, instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, she attempted to flip the script and state that she was just trying to motivate her crew. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just has to leave a review This was my 2nd tropical smoothie i went to today. The 1st one on international did such a horrible job on my smoothie the manager refunded me. I come to the 2nd one on rivets and the girl with red hair and glasses is sitting in a chair on the phone having a whole conversation. She looked at me like I was disturbing her while she was facetiming some boy. She starts orders my food and being on the phone the same time. I wish I could make this experience up. The other girl had on a hoodie. It looked like she wasn't in the best mood. But she made my smoothie taste so so good and smooth. The best I had in a while. Overall good smoothie bad customer service. Also why is the floor so sticky and the card reader? Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Smoothies were alright, though the service was slow and server asked if we received our 3rd after 15 minutes, which we hadn't. Servers didn't know what the supplements contained. Between the flatbread, wrap, and 2 salads we ordered, there were a number of errors. Personally, I ordered a wrap without sauce or ranch and received copious amounts of both. Unfortunately, the amount of chicken in any of the orders weren't nearly as generous (see image after sauce removal). A few pieces for each on relatively expensive items. Just the smoothies are a 4 star rating, but the service and food were poor enough to deter me from recommending or returning. Grab a smoothie and go to Five Guys next door if you must.

Unfortunately this place has went from awesome to not good at all. Either stuff has been missing or the order was wrong. Today I ordered an apple and banana as side since they don’t over chips anymore. I would’ve never gave out that banana - see picture! Staff member was super friendly! Just for him 2 stars!!
