Good help is hard to find. This is a fairly newer establishment and I highly encourage the owners to re-evaluate some of the hiring decisions that they made. Extremely long wait on a Monday mid morning for a smoothie in the drive thru (20 mins is excessive for a smoothie) the person taking my order was a younger male that basically said “what do you want?” While taking my order as If we were inconveniencing the workers & it appeared the staff were arguing with each other while I waited for my order. Don’t let bad help run down your business. The product is good and easy, find reputable employees to help make a good customer experience.

There seems to be a common theme here and that’s the lack of staff on Sundays. Yesterday I went through the drive up and had no issues. Great tasting smoothies and nice staff. As I write this review as I am standing in the store on a Sunday waiting for my 3 smoothies. Current wait time since I ordered is 1 hour and 2 minutes. I asked an employee about my order and she just disappeared. People are asking for refunds because they no longer want to wait, and staff doesn’t even know how to do that. They are now turning customers away. They said they called a manager in… I’m really disappointed in the lack of staff motivation and organization this place has. I was so excited for them to open, as it’s right down the street from my house. After today’s incredibly disappointing visit, I can’t say I will be back.

I used to work at the location in Carmel I left due to finished my degree. Still come to tropical smoothie in Noblesville on my lunch break and the staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful and very nice! I got a chicken bacon ranch but wanted more ranch but not upset about that at all! There are two ladies who I saw Jackie and Haley they are on it as soon as a customer comes in they greet and welcome them and as soon as they here a order there on it and fast at making it! They are very friendly to each other! Definitely glad this store has opened! They both have a big smile on their faces! We need more people like them! Haley said to a customer “have a blessed day” made me so happy to hear people saying that! The manger here just be very proud of Jackie and Haley! Jamie also should be very grateful to have such a wonderful team at the Noblesville store! Definitely recommend this store and ask for Jackie or Haley they’re Awesome and won’t let you leave disappointed! 😌

The food and smoothies are always good, but NEVER do a mobile order on a Sunday afternoon. It's absolute bonkers there with incredibly slow service and seemingly no management.
One Sunday I waited 50 minutes for a food and smoothie order, but that was the 1st weekend it was open with a short staff. I understood.
This time, now a few months under their belt, and much more staff on hand, it was horrible.
I waited 58 minutes for 1 smoothie and a new acai bowl. After about 30 minutes it became apparent the "ticket" for my bowl never printed out so they never made it. Over the next 25 minutes I asked 4 separate employees about the status of the bowl, all of which responded politely that it was being made. It doesn't take 28 minutes to make a smoothie bowl, folks. The absence of management and urgency was befuddling.
Overall, I still love TSC, but man these things just blow my mind. What makes things especially annoying is that a lot of times my order is ready right in the normal 10-12 minutes. But they're a big fat 0-2 on Sundays. It wasn't just my sentiment either. There were several others around me frustrated with the speed. I just got the worst hand dealt of all.

I know this is a new location, with new employees who are learning, and I can sympathize with that. But management is failing to properly train and supervise. Have been here 3 times and every time it’s a hot mess. Whenever we go here we’re ordering multiple food items, multiple drinks/smoothies, and maybe 20% of our order is correct.
Have to go back up to the counter 2-3 times to have food re-made because no one is paying attention to the details of a food prep order, or to have new food made because the wrong item was rung up, or to ask for things that weren’t brought out, or to tell them the smoothie they just put on the ready counter is one they’ve already made.
It’s frankly a disaster, and a shame, because this location is closer to us that the 116th St Fishers location, but hard to want to keep going back when you’re almost assured to have a lot go wrong. It’s youngsters working there who seem very unsure/unconfident of what they’re doing, which to me is a reflection of the location management.

It took over 75 minutes to receive our to go order tonight (Sunday 1/21)! 75 minutes for 2 small Flatbread sandwiches and 2 smoothies. There were no managers or adults working, and all the teen employees seemed disinterested in getting orders out quickly. Standing around, moving extra slow, not seeming to understand it shouldn't take this long to make orders at a supposedly quick service restaurant. There is no excuse for this type of service or lack of service. We received no apology or refund. Definitely will NOT be returning, and NOT recommending to others.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 12:30pm today and a woman said she’d be right with me. I waited 10min and never heard from anyone again. I only waited that long because I drove out of my way to go to this location. Even people behind me were leaving. Really frustrating when you are just trying to get something quick on your lunch break. Would not recommend this place unless you have time to wait forever.

Awful drive thru experience. Drive thru attendant had a hot mic yelling at his cowork mid taking our order.
Also I should comment the wait time in the drive thru was very long. We were the first car and only car in-line. I checked and there was not any customers in-store ether.

Took 40 minutes to get the food. I understand it was a busy time, but that’s longer than it takes at most full sit down restaurants. And it was just two flatbreads. Absolutely ridiculous. Saw them have to remake orders and forget items on other orders, including mine. The FOH and BOH operations are absolutely terrible. Not so much as a “so sorry for the wait” to ANYONE. They do not seem to be ready to handle any kind of rush. Will not be back.
