My Grandmother and I came here on Saturday Feb 24th at Lunch time. Great ambience. The service was impeccable. The prices are very reasonable for the upscale dining experience. I got the Pollo Xcatic and it was delicious and satisfying. My grandmother ordered the White Fish Filet with Carrot and Curry sauce and she was still hungry after that which was unfortunate because it’s more expensive than what I ordered but less filling. First visit, a mid-afternoon mini celebration following the purchase of our home in Progreso. We are particular about our 'favorite' places, and recognize you can't get the best food, best service and best atmosphere at a budget price. We also believe that one visit - good or bad - is a poor sample, so we will comment if we have a different experience on our next visit. We appreciated: steaks in sizes that can accommodate two seniors or one big appetite; the amazing tenderness of the argentine steak cooked perfectly to our request for rare. The willingness to plate the meal to be shared. The excellent wines available by the glass (the house red was excellent). The attentive yet not intrusive service. The way the manager, Denis, actually noticed we were visiting for the first time, and his interest in what attracted us - plus his fluency in Spanish, French, English and Italian (and probably more). The spotless, interesting premises and decor. The availability of on-site parking. Thanks, Denis and staff, for making our special afternoon extra-special. We will be back. And the price was fair. this place is over rated. the food wasn't that great. atmosphere was great. Coffee was good. But the price was not worth going there. Hello, Because you replied, i'm going to come back and visit and have something different. I had the salmon, when I should have had a juicy steak.
